Great technical wear; I wear it for biking and running. It wicks moisture well and stands up to repeated washings.

I should've listened to the reviewer that said if between sizes go bigger. I am usually not in between sizes and bought two other similar shirts in the same size. However, with this one you definitely NEED to go bigger unless you want a skin fitting shirt. I would say it's a need to go bigger and not a suggestion-- but that's just my opinion. I usually wear a large and need to order an XL and hopefully that will fit better.

I bought this for a "first time wearer" of this type of gym clothing. He has been used to working out for over 30 years in cotton sweat gear. When using this shirt for the first time, his reaction was "this is unbelievable.. I can't get over the comfort and absorbtion ability of this shirt." He is definitely a fan now and will probably not go back to wearing "sweatshirts"...

Buy a size bigger if you are in the middle. Good shirt, smooth material that absorbs sweat. good buy as a Christmas gift for a gym rat.

Mid weight shirt - great for layering or wear while running on cold days. Shirt functions as well as Underarmor brand.

I bought two of these shirts as a gift. They were great and work nicely for the person, although the sleeves seem pretty short, even for someone who doesnt have really long arms. It kind of put a damper on giving the gift.
