Great mat but not grippy enough for us.
The mat was big (which my husband needs), easy to use and very good quality. The only problem we had was that when my husband used it, his feet slipped around. When I used it mine didn't - so I'm guessing it's because he was probably sweating through his feet and he is heavier.

Great for beginners
This is such a cool idea. My husband is new to yoga, so when he's doing it on his own it's great to have reminders on poses he can do. The only complaint I have is that the mat is slightly more slippery than other mats I have. He doesn't mind it, but if you want a mat that is really going to help you "stick" better try another one.
