I suffer from 4 herniated discs which cause horrible pain in my lower back down to my toes. My wife is an amazing massage therapist that kept me walking upright but not pain free. As a last ditch effort I decided to give inversion a try. Holy cow am I glad I did. after one session about 5 minutes long I noticed a huge difference....NO pain!!! I use the table everyday day often atleast twice a day and I am pain free. I cannot thank the creators of this table enough. I chose this table due to the low cost and it is well worth it. Seeing the results that I got, is was a steal. If you are on the fence if you want to buy one or not, trust me you DO!! You will be pain free in 30 minutes after bringing it home, that includes assembly time.

This inversion table works fine. Does the job. The instructions for assembly are very generic and apparently apply to several models (or at least more than this model) and that is stated in the instructions. It does, however, make it pretty tricky at times to figure out how/what you're supposed to do with the pieces and parts. It still took minimal time to assemble. It works well enough and the price is a great deal.

I bought this Gravity Inversion Therapy Table about a month ago (today is 2 sept 2010) I like it. Some folks stated that they had some trouble dialing it in for their height, but I had it set in just a few tries. Piece O' cake. I really like it. I especially like to use it prior to going to bed. I seem to get more comfortable quicker. I don't think it's the "cure all" for anything, but it sure does feel good. There are more expensive inversion tables out there, but I don't see how they could be any better than this one. It's a great piece of equipment. Also, at $2.95 shipping cost...it's a no brainer. I highly recomend it.

this was a gift for my brother. Delivered really quick and was fairly easy to assemble. He seems to enjoy it

My wife and I have both suffered from back pain for some time and after friends recommended a gravity inversion table we started looking around. We found this one and the reviews seemed positive so we thought we'd give it a try. It has been nothing short of wonderful. As everyone else mentioned, the height adjustment is off by about 4 - 5 inches but other than that it is wonderful. We highly recommend this.

Great therapeutic device; easy to assemble and use. The heighth scale is not to scale though - it's a minor flaw easily overcome.

I love this table, works just as well as the $300 ones. Was pretty easy to assemble and works great.

It is worth the money easy to set up and easy to use.

My husband ordered this machine for his bad back and it has worked wonders. It truly does help him relieve the tension in his spine as it is good for stretching the muscles. He is truly happy with it and uses it everyday.

. It was a little complicated to put together. The height measurment used to balance the back board is a little off... But once we figured this out, we love it and use it all the time. Great for a tight, aching back.

The table works great except, I have not been able to get it to balance properly. I will not come up with arm movements like it should, I will continue to try to adjust the balance.

It was everything that was described. Easy to assemble and works very well.

After looking at over $200 in stores & comparing with this price and shipping, it was a no brainer. Upon arrival and assembly, the great value was confirmed. One note: many of the bolts identified in the parts list are already installed. My husband thought at first that some were missing - not the case.
