I got this for my brother as a gift who plays golf occasionally. This is perfect for him since he is learning how to play and will lose quite a few balls in the process. This gift was well received by my brother and would purchase for someone who doesn't care if the golf balls are recycled.
I have purchased recycled Pro V's for years. I have usually purchased them through Big 5 Sporting Goods. This was a better price than I've ever gotten before. Big 5 also included X-Out (factory reject)balls in their recycled Pro V's. There were no X-outs in the 48 balls purchased from Overstock.com and they were at least 10% cheaper than the one's I purchased from Big 5.
Definitely an assortment, quality wise. Some balls were clearly much older with worn dimples and/or as scuffs while others were as good as new.
Very pleased with the appearance and quality of these refurbished/recycled crystal mix golf balls.
