The secret is the Power Stroke resistance bands that elongate and contract, simulating the natural movement of your muscles. The bands easily adjust with a single handle, and provide 210 lbs. of resistance, with the option to upgrade to 310 or 410 lbs (these upgrades are sold separately). You get pure resistance that's safer than free weights. Swivel-Flex pulleys provide you with free range of motion, so you can move from one exercise to the next safely, allowing you to get those ripped abs and more chiseled arms, legs, chest, and back.

The Power Flex puts the feel of a complete gym workout into one total-body home fitness machine--with 65+ club-quality exercises and up to 410 lbs. of resistance. There's even a rowing station for a great cardio workout. It even comes with a leg developer, a $200 value, adding more than 10 targeted leg exercises. Your machine also includes the high pulley, low pulley, rowing seat, hip strap, ankle strap and a space-saving feature (folds to a small 3' x 2' for easy storage).
