I am very pleased with this purchase. My husband loves to fish and I thought this would be something he could use and keep in the trunk of his car. The tool kit has pretty much everything a fisher would need if they are getting small types of fish. I would recommend this product to anyone, male or female, who has a love for fishing.

My son loves this. I would buy this for anyone I know that loves to fish. This is an amateur set and not a professional one at all. But, it will do the job if you are going on a weekend adventure with the kids.. or for teenaged kids who are going for some fur and fin action!

This I thought would be good to have on our boat. Everything needed to clean fish is present and is in a plastic case with a carry handle for easy storage and portability. The items are ok but are not the best available for fileting. I gave up a little bit of quality for easy storage and organization. In my book, it's just okay.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend who is an avid fisherman, but didn't have a compact kit like this with "everything" in it. The gift was very well received and has already been taken out on two different afternoons.
Like a few others have commented, it would be nicer if the case was black- the red makes it look "cheap."
But, it still made a good gift.

THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY BROTHER AND HE SEEMED VERY PLEASED TO RECEIVE IT. HAVE NOT HAD THE CHANCE TO USE IT BUT HE SAID IT WILL GO ON HIS BOAT FOR THE FISHING SEASON. SEEM TO BE GOOD QUALITY AND VERY USEFUL. THE PLASTIC CASE WAS NICE TO HAVE TO KEEP THE TOOLS ORGANIZED.

I have been trying to find my husband a gift (anniversary, birthday, valentines and Christmas) that he will actually use. This gift really surprised him and he uses it almost everyday. What a great gift. It comes in a pack, with a handle and everything you need to clean, weigh and measure a fish. Great!!

I bought this as a gift for my father who is an avid fisherman AFTER he had told me not to buy him any more gifts. LOL! He called me raving about the set. He LOVES it and expects to get a lot of use from it.

This was a christmas present and since christmas he has went fishing at least four times a week so he can used those knives. They're VERY sharp and works like a charm. I want a set for myself.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas partially to save more of my kitchen knives from disappearing into his fishing gear. I was a little hesitant because he has "standards" for what he takes fishing (my good knives!). He loved this kit! The plastic case is very durable and waterproof. His only fear is that the guys will think he is getting a little too fancy for them.
