No one could have guessed that Hurricane Ike would strike us in Ohio on Sunday, Sept. 14! We have had no power and no water for six days. On Monday, I ordered this radio from Overstock and surprisingly, it arrived on Wednesday. It works fantastic. Just crank for 30 seconds and it lasts 30 minutes, as promised. The radio station is clear as a bell. This radio never needs batteries and was "heaven sent" in a time of great anxiety. Thanks, Overcom for responding so quickly!
