Very flimsy Plastic
We got this as a gift for my dad. The first time we got it out of the box to play it, one if the balls thrown hit one of the legs of the "ladder" and snapped it in half! The ball wasn't even thrown hard, it just landed on the leg and still broke it!. This is definitely a design flaw, it breaks very easily! It also falls over pretty often when a ball hits it and the ladder rungs kept coming apart as well.
