OTEM-labeled folding wagon
 from Idaho,  Mar 26, 2009

The overall concept of this folding wagon is commendable, its folding method was simple and easy, the way the handle had a up locking clip was very handy, the rear basket was extremely useful and the canopy was great for shade. we purchased this and took it on a trip with our two children (2 and 5) a combined weight of 80lbs. while it states that it is rated for 150 lbs on the first day of use in a zoo we found that the way the front wheels were attached it could not support the weight over a lenghty period of time and after 4 hours of hauling them around one of the wheels welds broke. after that we only hauled the 2yr old around on the back end of the wagon and were thrilled with the ability to maintain it's balance. We also noticed that the straps that help hold the canopy to the frame might have been a bit short and after the day of use the corner trim was pulling away from the canopy fabric. We had previously considered purchasing parts to attach snaps to the top of the canopy bars and the bottom of the canopy corner to prevent the pulling of the edging and assist the short straps. The next day we traded in the wagon for a replacement and headed off for another adventure, this time only allowing the 2yr old to ride. unfortunately we found that if we don't start the wagon rolling straight for a bit first then turn, the plastic connection that attaches the handle to the frame will snap off the handle. We purchased some heavy duty hard drying putty and metal banding and re-attached and re-inforced the handle then wrapped it in silicone tape to prevent cuts from the metal and didn't have this issue again. A couple of days later after hauling our 2yr old around we became confident that the initial wheel issue may have been a one time defect so we put both kids inside with the heavier one at the back. Within an hour, both front wheels had collapsed and broken at the welds rendering the wagon useless. We decided to return this wagon and receive a refund, but because of the concept, if the manufacturer ever decides to beef up the frame, etc. we would gladly try it out again.

Super Nice Wagon
 from PA,  Feb 16, 2011

This folding wagon is wonderful. Opens and folds easily. It rolls very smoothly. It seems big when you first open it, however once you go shopping it holds an average amount of grocery bags. You will be glad of it's size. I've been using a wire basket with two wheels. It could only hold five bags. This is much beter. I just love it.

LOVE IT!
from Roswell, NM,  Dec 19, 2010

I love this Folding Wagon. I do not use it a as a kids toy, but as a cart for myself. My husband and I pack it with all the stuff we haul to school events. All of the teachers at the school want one too. It is sturdy and easy to use. The fact that it folds up is a total plus. It makes it easy to fold away when not in use. The more weight you put in it makes it easier to drive. I would and have recommended this folding wagon to others.

Just what I needed
from Upstate NY,  May 5, 2009

It is perfect for my needs, lugging lightweight photo equipment and supplies around sports fields. The frame is lightweight which makes it easy to load in/out of my vehicle and the reason for 4 stars on durability. I'm not sure I'd put the max weight in it, or squirmy kids. Be careful pulling it as the wheels may not take much of a jolt if they get caught in a rut or hole. It's incredibly easy to open and close and the storage cover is perfect for making it easy to store. I haven't needed to use the included sun shade top yet but that's also very easy to attach. It is a very well thought out design with lots of excellent features. It's one downside, lightweight frame, is actually necessary to keep the overall unit at a reasonable price and manageable weight for lifting in/out of the vehicle. I wouldn't change a thing, just use it with care.
