KInd of tricky getting in and out but I was able to stand and kick foot in (so much nicer than having to sit down,cinch in and get back up). Cool concept. Just needs time getting the fit right. OH, don't wear with boa snowboard boots. The flow binding covers most of the top of the boot and will frequently pop the dial on the boa boot, making boot very loose. Hence, less control on toe side edge.

I was amazed at the difference in my boarding from these bindings. They are super easy to get into and my heel no longer comes up in my boot, as they did with regular strap in bindings. I wouldn't have believed it if I had not tried it. They were a great value too Thanks!

I really love these Flows!! The only problem that I've had was that it was a little difficult to adjust the length of the backings. Besides that, these are wonderful and convienent. I recommend flows to everyone!
