This machine feels great. I find it's best to start with a slower rate of vibration and then increase it. Much like all other exercise. I use the bended knee leg exercising function the most. Then some straighter knee changes of position to move vibrations up the body. I feel better using it and it's also very relaxing just before bed.

I had the opportunity to try this machine at a recent tradeshow and from the moment I stepped on it, I was hooked. It is phenomenal, the intensity and simplicity of the workout is surprising but my body did feel that I had worked out for at least an hour. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for an amazing workout .

It is a piece of working machine. I bought this based on several review and yes, it works, at least on me. Did see any weight loss after 1 week but 2lbs down with toner body parts after 2nd week. TIPS: Start with 10 minutes before sleep every night and increase extra session in the morning after 1 week. The guideline in the instruction manual gives good info. Must read.

Love this machine. Great little stepper that really works you out. Takes up very little space which makes it ideal. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something that works, is not very expensive, and is good quality. Only thing negative I can say about it is on occasion it squeaks a bit when you are working out but I can deal with that.

I love this machine. I got it because I did not have a lot of space so I wanted something I could store easily. This machine is small enough to put in a closet but is as effective as the bigger version. I usually spend about an hour on it and it has never broken or malfunctioned. If you are looking for a good machine without the expense of an oversized stepping machine this is perfect.

We have the Sunny Crazy Fit Massage machine (WBV vibration) in our office for our clients to use for recovery from Incontinence, Peripheral Neuropathy and other circulation issues. It has been so successful, that we continue to order it for our clients. Our last, being a 90 year old woman who absolutely hated her first two times on the machine. After seeing results after only one week, she asked us to order her a machine. Her balance is much improved; as is her leg strength. And, stronger legs, mean less falls. We have helped 6 of our clients purchase this machine now because it is priced right. They would not have paid more, unfortunately. James S., Neuropathist/Director Chico Holistic Healthcare

I've had it for about 3 weeks to a month now & I love it. I use it everyday. I don't get a lot of exercise otherwise & the Crazy Fit is just what I need. It loosens up my painful joints & back & it helps keep my fluid retention in tact, too. For the price, you can't go wrong. My 9 yr old granddaughter who is slightly overweight will use it when she visits, too.

New variations of tried-and-true exercise machines are always being introduced to the market as the technology of exercise equipment improves. Two exercise machines that have gained popularity are elliptical trainers and treadmills. A major advantage to elliptical trainers is that they possess little risk of injury to the knees, hips, back or ankles. Meanwhile, treadmills are home gym machines on which you can run, walk or jog. The treadmill has been in the marketplace for a long time and is a long-standing piece of standard equipment for most exercise enthusiasts. Elliptical Machines: Elliptical machines present a lower risk of injury to the body. This home gym machine allows the individual to stand in an upright position while supporting her upper body by holding onto the handrails. The individual is able to pick out what muscles to train by shifting the strength on the legs or the arms. This provides for a more flexible workout machine. The machine bears its name because it works to copy the foot's elliptical motion as well as the rotation of the hip during walking or running. Advantages of Elliptical Machines: Since elliptical machines work the upper and lower body, they help you reach your target heart rate more optimally, providing a better cardiovascular workout overall. Individuals can burn a larger number of calories in a shorter period of time. Muscles that benefit from this machine include the legs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and the back. Elliptical machines are also relatively easy to operate and are energy efficient because they do not use much electricity. Treadmills: Traditional treadmills were developed to help you walk, run or jog. Treadmills differ in advantages as there are some machines that have programs that can be customized based on your weight and fitness level. You can also manually control the program to increase or decrease the speed, the incline or the duration of the workout. Walking on a traditional treadmill, however, creates more impact on the knees and hips and may be a cause of injury for some users. Advantages of Treadmills: Some treadmill models have a cushioned surface to support the knees and other parts of the body. With these models, there is a lower risk of injury and an increased level of comfort for the user. Moreover, treadmills provide you with the option to run, jog or walk in the comfort of the gym. Also, you can burn calories by increasing the heart rate, providing a good cardiovascular workout. Buy Home Gym Machines Back to Guides Directory Buy Home Gym Machines

The rowing motion involves several major muscle groups and will help you develop both your upper and lower body. More than that, though, rowers get your heart pumping and lungs working, providing a serious aerobic workout.
