Overall, this roller is pretty effective, as long as it's used correctly. Good thing it comes with an instruction sheet. The little knee pad it comes with nice, too.

The thigh master may be an outdated product but it works very well. defintely an easy way to tone your inner and outer thighs.

I received this product the other day and I absolutely love it. I am recovering from surgery and I think that this will be a great benefit to obtaining the goal weight that I need. I am glad to know that it can hold up to 250 lb. person. The equipment was packed properly, most parts already assembled and after getting beyond the initial tightness in the machine, I truly love it. I would definitely recommend it to someone and even see if a couple of my friends would like to use it.

I would defintely recommend this product!! If your looking for a way to work out your abs this is what you want. The ball is extremely easy to use and comes with easy to read directions and a helpful guide that shows you multiple ways to use the ball. I love this product and have already gotten tighter abs in just one week.

This mini-bike is average overall. The construction is solid, however the resistance for pedaling was not very strong. My husband actually took the unit apart and tightened the belt to make the resistance higher. Not bad for low impact calorie burning while watching tv or on the computer.

The twisting action of this stepper actually puts less stress on the knees than the typical compact stepper, and the elastic bands are a nice bonus. The stepper is a nice size and the platforms are larger than on other similar steppers that i've seen. The computer has an helpful features as well. Overall, a good buy and I might buy another.

I love this little machine! It's easy to put together and easy to use. It can really work your legs. It has resistance options and has a helpful little computer to keep track of your reps/cals/time. The arm bands aren't that helpful and actually throw me off balance a little bit (but maybe you have better coordination than me:) so I just use my hand weights. It is quiet and takes up very little space. I can use this early in the morning without waking up my daughter in the next room.

I wanted something that would not take up a lot of room. I was a bit skeptical because of reviews regarding the hand grips, but have found them to be adequate. I am not tall (about 5'5") but they are sufficient and I can use them. You may need to be a bit creative in how you use them but I think that actually makes for a better workout. This is something that I can hop on while watching TV, talking on the phone, etc (I have even used it while brushing my teeth--just 2 minutes, but, hey--every little bit helps). It is sturdy and does not move on the floor. It was simple to put together. I have no complaints. I have had it for about 6-8 weeks now. I rated it 4 stars on durability solely because I think it needs more time than that to adequately judge but so far it seems durable. I also bought the mini-elliptical sold by OS, and MUCH prefer this, although they are both good and I could recommend either. This was cheaper which is a plus.

If your looking to tighten ur buns...and for those of us that are older and would like to have things come back up north where they were heading south lol...this is the perfect workout machine... I have had it for a week and use it every other day and let me tell u at 49 my bottom is looking and feeling great...tightens the legs and buns... the pistons do get very hot if u used it for over the 15mins just dont touch them and they do squeek if ur on the machine for 20mins or longer (i have used it for 30-35mins) but its not an abnoxious squeek . the arm bands are a lil too long for me(im 5'3) but i use my free weights... . I am very very pleased with the results from using this machine and would truly recommend it for anyone who would love to have a bottom of a 20yr old again lol...and my boyfriend loves the results also lol !!!

First, I need to say that the item was damaged, either before it was ever in the box or in transit. Let's just say the box was not damaged. However, using a hammer, I was able to bend the connections (top metal bar opening for the handrails) and open them up myself so I did not have to send it back. Second, while it was relatively easy to put together, the parts in several places don't fit together well. Third, the digital program device is VERY annoying and non-intuitive (i.e., it's hard to use and get the hang of). Fourth, the base is really small - I am short and petite and I cannot do some of the recommended positions if they involve sitting on the base, because I don't fit. Finally, the wheels on the bottom are worthless - I have to drag it when I move it as the wheels don't even turn, much less facilitate a move. Luckily, it is pretty light so moving the machine is not difficult. However, for the price, this machine does work. The vibration is strong (when set high) and I definitely felt it working. I used it several times then went on vacation, and I have not had a chance to use it since I got back. I will start back up again this weekend now that I am nearly caught up at work. Once I have had it longer, I will see if I can update my review to see if it actually has any affect on my physique. It is also not very wide, so it doesn't take up a lot of floor space.

Purchased this mat to go under my ProForm Treadmill (which I also purchased from Overstock.com) and was the perfect mat size for my treadmill. The mat sits on laminate flooring and it hasn't moved or shifted at all. The quality is heavy duty and I'm extremely pleased with this product. Thanks again overstock.

This is a Powerful little stepper. I could not believe the great work out I got from this unit. The twisting motion is another added bonus to an effective workout and the resistance bands are a plus as well,. It took only a few seconds to assemble which was very easy to do which for me was another added bonus since I am easily intimidated to putting anything together. I burned about 300 calories in 45 minutes which I plan to increase because I need to get accostumed to the feel of the unit. Really worth the little amount of money and it's great on saving space. I also purchaed the Body By Jake heart rate monitor that I returned because it totally sucked!!! I got the Polar heart rate monitor instead so I can get a heart rate read with this unit since it it's the only thing it dosen't do. Happy Fitness to all!RMC
