Work as ankle weights but strap long enough to fit your thighs as well if you want to do those exercises too. Good price too and I looked all over.

Monitor was easy to use and is adjustable to fit large and small wrists. Heart rate is large enough for easy visibility while exercising.

Stamina Doorway Trainer Plus doesn't fit in any of the doorways in my apartment for the pull-ups mode. That was the main exercise I bought it for. It is fine for the floor exercises, and was moderately easy to put together (about 15 min.). The reason I would not recommend this to a friend is because it is impossible for me to know if it would fit their doorways. Hopefully it will fit in my next apartment!

We ordered and recieved our Crazy Fit exerciser in record timing. My husband put this together and we started using it immediately. We are very happy with this product and the whole family will be benefiting from its use.

This has been an essential part of my therapy with a recent hip replacement. It is easy to move around, even using a walker. Not sure that it will last years and years, but it fits my needs now. I will probably continue to use this for extra exercise while watching TV.

Mat is thick and fits the length of my body (72"). I use it for stretching as well as core exercises. Also does a great job of drying out after use. Does not retain odor as well. Glad I bought it and will buy another.

This piece of equipment is a nice addition to my home workout equipment. Fits under the door, and doesn't take up a lot of room. It came with pads for both sides of the door to prevent scratching and will adjust to different heights for the desired fit. I was also pleased to find in the box ideas for other exercises that you can do with this little guy as well. For the money I'd say it delivers.

Whenever I need to purchase something I always check with Overstock first. and usually am able to buy what I want for a great price. I ordered the trampoline and received it in a jiffy. It's light, easy to assemble, it fits under the bed, (I have a high bed) and is a handy way to get great aerobic exercise. The only drawback is that it has to off-gas for awhile because it smells like plastic chemical when it arrives.

This compact little stepper fits the bill for what I needed - something small that I could leave out so that I would actually be motivated to use it. It gives you a good workout; you can really feel it in your legs! I had some concern when I read some of the comments about the clips for the resistance bands breaking...but so far, so good. It was worth the money and I would recommend this to others in need of compact exercise equipment.

I've had it for about 3 weeks to a month now & I love it. I use it everyday. I don't get a lot of exercise otherwise & the Crazy Fit is just what I need. It loosens up my painful joints & back & it helps keep my fluid retention in tact, too. For the price, you can't go wrong. My 9 yr old granddaughter who is slightly overweight will use it when she visits, too.

I have a new house with little room for my old Nordic Track and needed a new piece of exercise equipment that was compact. This fit that bill. I don't really like the hand straps and you have the option to unclick them and not use them. I do get my heart rate up with this. I don't feel it's of the level that the Nordic Track did with using my arms also.

This is easy to put on door- you may need to adjust it to. door width- fits on some better than others- make sure tight- I found this to be a good tool for the old fashioned sit-up- Like any other piece of exercise equipment, it is only as good as its degree of usage by the owner!!. Seeing it out reminds me to use it! It is also easy to store! Pleased with purchase.

Kathy Smith's Kettlebell Soulution is a good value and good starter program for beginning exercisers. I do 2 routines plus the warm while my husband does 1 routine plus the warm up but is moving after only 1 week to 2 routines per session. My only suggestion would be to include 1 30 minute or longer routine for people at relatively high level of fitness.

Purchased this after trying out friend's 2 year old Sunny Fitness WBV machine....Pros: after 30 days, 10 minutes almost every day, with exercise and diet, I have lost inches in my lower extremities....almost a size smaller.... Possible Con: at speeds 8 and higher, the neck and the arms of the machine rattle....Can't tell whether it is a design flaw or my height (5'8") .....even after reassembling it..my friend's machine doesn't rattle....but she is 5 inches shorter with a different weight distribution......will try other brands before recommending it to others....

at first i thought this was a model that just fit snug against the doorframe - but there is actually some hardware that mounts permanently to the doorframe to help hold the bar in place when its not in use.. not a big deal, but it wasn't what I was expecting. you also need a good 2 to 2.5 inches of flat area on the door frame to mount it securely with a few screws. Also no instructions came with it. Besides that, it works pretty well, I weigh around 200 lbs and it I've used it several times now without a problem. Its really convenient when you want some quick exercise but can't get to the gym

I can't believe that I'm writing this but here I am! Because of health problems, I was told NOT to do cardio for awhile. So I used my thighmaster and created my own abs exercises. I had just given away 2 full garbage bags full of my skinny jeans and NOW they would have fit me with room to spare. The more and more I use it, the easy it gets to use. People tell me that I look thinner, but I know that it's THIGHMASTER whittling down my waiste size. Thanks Suzanne!

I have to admit I had second thoughts about this workout piece when I ordered it, as I had originally intended to order a full size elliptical machine, but I am delighted with this stepper. It has virtually no set-up, fits anywhere and I am getting a good workout for my legs without putting a dent in my busy schedule. I can already see more tone in my calves and ankles just using it for ten minute periods when I get a chance. The arm bands give an extra workout for the arms. I am happy that I found this piece, and I am holding off on getting an expensive, bulky piece of exercise equipment. I may not need it, after all!

I stopped "donating" to my local gym and so I needed something that could give me a good workout but be small enough to fit in my tiny apartment. This did both! I don't use the exercise bands at all, but they are really easy to put on and take off. The other great thing is that it is quiet when being used. I recommended this to my boyfriend and he ended up buy two. Unfortunately one was missing a rubber stopper on the bottom of the step pedals, but we were able to find an easy fix for it. Still a great at-home stepper!
