This exercise mat is exactly what I needed - a wonderfully thick mat that protects my knees when I get down on the floor to do floor exercises.

I bought this mat a few weeks ago. I just started doing yoga on a regular basis. I really like that it is very long. and that it has a little bit of cushion. It was a good purchase. Only wish it came in more colors.

i'm a fairly stocky/person who lights lift weights and do a little bit of cardio. i use this mat to do ab-work outs and some core training. so far, no wear and tear and i love how it doesn't leave indents from my own weight. memory foam seems to kick in nicely. love it.
