I thought this book was perfect for pinpointing, highlighting, and demonstrating what are the best exercises he should do for this sport. He is very happy with the book.

flightyfoot from wa, Rating:3.0Ok for beginners, I am a runner and fitness trainer and did not get to much info that I did not already know. It gives some guidlines for those starting out so this would be helpful and thie price is right
