Well built, sturdy. Ankles did not hurt as I had anticipated they might. Instructional video was very helpful. Worked wonders on my low back problems. Will pay for itself in lieu of chiropractic visits!

It is easy to use, folds for storage and adjustable for your height. Assembly was easy with tools needed included. We did have to file one hole as it was slightly too small.

Very well constructed and easy to use -- does what it is supposed to do -- stretch my back muscles.

I put this together in a little over an hour - some of the instructions and drawings weren't clear to me at first. I just kept an eye on the main sketch of how it is supposed to look and it came together easier than I thought it would. The only thing that wasn't perfect, the instructional CD had a crack in it. I thought I would wait until I could order another one before using it - but I read the instructions and decided I was going to try it out. If you have back trouble, after all the bending & such to put this together you will really need it by the time you are done. So if someone else in your family can assemble it for you, so much the better. And I can't find the tether - know I saw it when I opened the box but no where to be found later. Dog may have run off with it. No matter, I don't think I'll be needing it since I did just fine without it. I got on the inversion table (adjusted the height to a few inches taller than me after reading the other reviews) and it was so easy to use. Just move your arms back to invert, put them down at your sides to come back to upright. Perfect! Balanced with no trouble, and hung upside down in nearly a complete inversion for 10 minutes. My back felt so much better. I think I will be seeing my chiropractor less - this thing made my back feel better in 10 minutes than it has felt in years.

When I told my friends that I had read all of the instructions and watched the video all the way through before I did anything with the package of parts, they were amazed. My internet search about this inversion table said it was easy to assemble and to use if you understood the instructions for assembly and usage. I assembled it with ease and the help of a 1/4 drive socket set; tools were included but mine made it quicker. I started out slowly, as recommended, and have had no problems to speak of. After two and a half weeks, I can feel a difference but will wait a month before singing praises or putting it down. I started with a few minutes as a low angle and have worked up to 15 minutes at 60 degrees. Once or twice I have completely inverted but I am not ready for that yet. Soreness in one of my ankles convinced me to keep going as recommended. Bob

This is better than I hoped. Sturdy construction, very easy to put together. It is important to watch the DVD before using the table. Several friends came over to try it and loved it just as much as I did. This table is very easy to adjust for height and inversion sensitivity.

My back problems are considered severe.Two surgeries,many doctors,chiropracters,etc. The latest xrays show bone to bone in 3 places.I can not lie and say the inversion table is the best thing since sliced bread,but in the short term has given me a great deal of temporary relief.It is built very sturdy and is extremely easy to assemble.I see myself using this equipment as long as my ankles can take it. I would recommend this product to almost anyone with back problems,but would suggest checking with your doctor first.

We bought this for my husband. He didn't have much trouble getting this set up, and he has thoroughly enjoyed using it. Though I am a skeptic, he insists that his pain has lessened greatly since using this product. I don't know much about inversion tables and have never used them before, but this one definitely seems to be a good fit for us!

I've had lower back issues for a long time, eventually they migrated up my neck and I saw a very good chiropractor that made my back and neck happy again. But then I moved to another state. I tried the normal course, pillows, lumbar extender, they all worked to a degree, then stopped. This was easy to set up, light enough for me to get its box up the stairs by myself (it's a bit over 60 lbs), seems quite sturdy - definitely supports my 200+ lbs. So far I've been using the strap to limit my inversion angle to about 40 degrees and it's been great. Not any more uncomfortable than the lumbar extender I used before, but a much more relaxing position. It even seems to help my sinus pressure. In short, I really love it - I've already had some good releases (pops) in my lower back. I'm hoping with continued use it'll help ease the tension in my neck too.

Purchased this inversion table because of 2 lower back bulging discs that give constant pain. Great product, would definitely recommend this. It was fairly easy to set up and is very sturdy and stable. Feels like a great quality product. We have 2 people in the house using it, so have to adjust for height each time, but once you learn how to do it, no problem there.

I had sciatica for about a year, and was in constant and excruciating pain, and having given up on non-surgical approaches was about to take my chances with surgery. Last April a friend saw the teeter ad on TV and mentioned it. I ordered it from overstock that same eve. Watched the video. Assembled it (with relative ease, the video instructions are excellent) and inverted (again following video and written instructions). The pain felt a little better immediately. I inverted the following eve as well, and already on the third day, the pain was gone. I haven't felt sciatica pain since. The "Fit Form" Worked a miracle for me.

I just recently became aware of inversion. I have had back problems for years, I couldn't stand for very long without my lower back hurting and almost 'frozen' in one attitude, and this is already helping. I can stand much longer without pain. Why, just this afternoon I got a big ol' pop out of my back when I inverted completely. Even though I am only able to invert for a few minutes at a time, I feel better when I'm done. Almost like a zen kind of feeling, completely relaxed. The only problems I have are that I still get a little nausea when I haven't inverted for a few days(but I get motion sickness easy) and the fact that all that weight on the tops of my feet is taking a little getting used to. Otherwise the product is great, all the parts arrived with the product and the assembly was a piece of cake. I must state, however, this is not a Teeter product. I found when I went to register it that the manufacturer is Fit Form. But it looks exactly like the Teeter my friend bought for more money, so I think that is a plus on this product. I hope if you decide to get this product that you will have as much relief as I have.

I am completely satisfied with my puchase of this inversion table. It was simple to assemble and very user friendly. It is very easy to control the angle of inversion. It is compact when folded and easy to store.The DVD leaves no question unanswered. It feels solid when I am inverted so I feel completely safe and can easily relax. A good buy!

THIS WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND WHO HAS USED A TEETER HANG UP FOR YEARS..I HAVE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS.......I DO LOVE THIS ITEM....RELEIVES STRESS AND DISCOMFORT IN MY BACK....RELAXES ME. MY SON WAS HOME FOR A VISIT WHEN IT CAME....HE LOOOOOOVES IT AND I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER AND HAVING IT DELIVERED TO HIM. HE HAS TOURETTES THAT CREATES TICS INVOLVING HIS NECK RESULTING IN ARTHRITIS AND MUSCLE STRAIN THERE...HE FELT RELEIF RIGHT OFF THE BAT:-) I AM USING THIS CAUTIOUSLY WITH THE TETHER....HE GOT RIGHT INTO THE SWING OF THINGS TOTALLY HANGING AND TWISTING TO GET THE FULL EFFECT AND BENEFIT.....RESEARCH THIS FOR YOURSELF AS THERE ARE MEDICAL COUNTER INDICATIONS FOR ITS USE.

I am pleased with the Fit Form and it seems to be helping my back. It was easy to assemble and the DVD was quite helpful. It is my only experience with an inversion table, but I can't imagine needing any other features.

Table came and was cinch to put togeher. Assembly took about 20 minutes.Video was helpful and directions clear. The table is sturdy and not an eyesore,. I actually have it in my office so I can use daily. For the money I would reccomend this product to anyone thinking of investing in an inversion table. As a yoga instructor I know the benefits of inversion are many and this takes away the fear of any injury and allows ease and comfort while upside down.
