I had used this item for two different injuries while at rehab and found it to work well in stretching calfs and to avoid cramping in the calfs, so when my son was having tightness in his legs after all the running for soccer I invested in this fit stretch and it works great. A good buy for anyone involved in athletics or those of us getting older to keep the muscles stretched!
