  I love this knife and use it all the time. I bought it to filet meat but have found so many other uses. Not to large, not too small. perfect!

  I fish a lot. This is the perfect knife for my boat. Good for filleting small fish & also for cutting bait (squid; mullet;bunker). The knife was much sharper than your store bought knives and impressed me by holding an edge after three heavy uses. I'm thinking about buying a few of these for my brothers for gifts, without telling them the cheap price. With the QUALITY they would never know that it costs only about ten bucks. Back in 1963 I bought a similar knife for $4.00 ; the next day I went to buy another & the price had more than doubled to ten $'s. I'm gonna order a few more of these before the same thing happens.

  I am catching larger fish here on the Texas Gulf Coast and needed a longer bladed knife. I used a steel on this one out of the box and WOW, is it ever sharp. I fillayed Spotted Trout and my limit of Red Fish, went through a few bones (I am just learning to fillit). Knife stayed sharp. Handle is well shaped for my hand. Sheath is of stiff tanned leather with a fixed belt loop and has a plastic tube for a liner. The blade is super flexable (be careful, it's sharp). do not yet know how durable this will be but it is great so far. I also bought one to give as a gift.

  The product looks good and is of great quality. Unfortunately it is literally 3 inch big.. i can hide it in the palm of my hands.. more like a joke or barbie house product.. very dissappointed
