  These are tiny, which IS reflected in the size info. I should have paid more attention, but I was willing to forgive this if it wasn't for the poor quality. The cutting edges are sharp, but have poor alignment. I can get them to work, but will likely throw them in my tacklebox and forget them.

  Purchased this for my husband for Christmas...he has taken it out to play already and as soon as the weather gets warmer looks forward to using it to harrass the fish in our local lakes.

  Quality is pretty poor. Wopuld not reccomend would sugest getting nail clippers for cutting fishing line rather then this

  Nice heavy duty product. Only cons were the threads only allow the rod holder to be placed on the right side of the boat. I set up on the left, no matter how tight you turn the locking nut, your line and the pressure of the rod trolling causes the holder to become lose. Locks up tight for right handed use only.
