THIS MACHINE IS GREAT. IT IS COMPACT SO DOEN'T TAKE UP MUCH FLOOR SPACE. IT HAS 2 WHEELS ON THE BOTTOM SO YOU CAN MOVE IT AROUND EASILY (LIKE A WHEEL BARREL) QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND AFFORDABLY PRICED. I DON'T USE IT FOR WEIGHT LOSS BUT INSTEAD --ACHES AND PAINS-IT REALLY GETS THE BLOOD FLOWING BACK INTO YOUR JOINTS AND MUSCLES AND YOUR PAIN GOES AWAY

I usually do not make a habit of ordering LARGE electric items online. I like to actually inspect the item before I buy, but I took a chance here. I wasn't disappointed.

I've had it for about 3 weeks to a month now & I love it. I use it everyday. I don't get a lot of exercise otherwise & the Crazy Fit is just what I need. It loosens up my painful joints & back & it helps keep my fluid retention in tact, too. For the price, you can't go wrong. My 9 yr old granddaughter who is slightly overweight will use it when she visits, too.

I found the machine easy to assemble and both my wife and I are enjoying the product. I play racquettball and pickleball and my legs usually feel tight from the playing. I come home and get on the machine and ten minutes later my legs feel a lot better. My wife uses it more then I do. I seen her sit on it, stand on it and place both hands on it. I see it making a difference on how she looks. She appears more relax. We have only had it for a short time and from what I see I would definately recommend it as part of your daily routine of exercise.

We were extremely pleased with this machine. It was easy to assemble and works very well. It is an excellent machine for the price. The only negative is the guide book. It is very hard to figure out how to use the machine without one of the two standard programs. We have just made up our own, but could find no information in the booklet or on the manufacture's website. Overall though the machine is awesome!

I have wanted this machine for some time and Overstock was out of the units for a while. Overstock.com offers the best price and has many reviews which other sites do not have. It was worth the wait. The unit arrived in 2 days, for $1.00 shipping. Amazing now days. It was easy to assemble and all parts went in where they were supposed to with no drilling . etc.. needed. Both my wife and I enjoy the machine. It takes a bit of getting familiar with. The workouts are excellent. This machine was manufactured in China, which is evident from the instruction manual. You must read them very carefully as they are very small and the language is not always the best.

Invigorating, easy, stimulating AND relaxing. A good purchase overall, so far. The power switch did not work after being switched on and off about 3 times, it was only on from that time. The room I planned on using it in has plug-ins that only start with the light switch at the door being turned on, so----that's where I plugged it in. I saw other reviews before I bought this one with the same problem. An inconvenience, but overall a good purchase!

This is one incredible and fantastic piece of exercise equipment! For the price, it is a super buy! It provides a rocking motion, which may seem simple at first, however, after just a few minutes standing on that machine, or sitting on the platform, you will discover it is much more than simple. The rocking motion improves balance, coordination, movement of various body motions. As you stand on the platform, you can rotate and bend your knees, and create "dance" motions which further enhance toning of the muscles. You can also hold and lift hand-weights, and the added rocking motion greatly increases the strengthening of muscles, which you will sense in your calves, your thighs, and buttocks. And this is all on LOW settings, too! I would not recommend setting higher than about 3 or 4 level, not until you become much more adept at using the machine. I would AVOID using higher setting over 5 or 6, at least initially, and not even use the higher settings. There is virtually NO NOISE, and the machine I purchased is very sturdy, very quiet, and feels like a high-quality machine. I have it sitting outside on my covered patio, however, the machine is probably best suited in-doors, as it is a quality piece of equipment. It is quite heavy, and does not "move about", and is very stable. I read that this machine was originally developed by Russians. It is NOT a toy, though you will experience a lot of enjoyment using it, and if you run two cycles, with ea cycle at ten minutes, you will likely be sweating profusely even at low settings of only 4 or 5! The "simple" rocking motion creates FAST TONING of muscles. My machine has level up to 20, far too powerful for me to endure at this time. Most people should start at level one only, and work-up to level two and so forth. You will feel the 'burn', a good sensation that your muscles have had a good work out. If you hold and lift hand-weights of 5#'s each, biceps and triceps as well as calves and thighs will have an incredible work-out! Your muscles will quickly become very toned. I use 15# hand-held weights, and simply lifting those weights above the head is a strongly felt motion/exercise. You can also sit on the platform, though I would recommend using a small pillow. Also, probably best to wear sturdy tennis shoes etc while standing on the platform -- you will notice your feet also get a work-out. As you become more accustomed to the rocking motion, you will quickly advance to being able to move about without holding onto the bars, and will notice greatly improved strength and balance and sense of increased co-ordination -- this is hard to describe. It's a very well-built machine. I plan to use mine 'forever'. Mine was manufactured in Korea .....the quality is superb. Do NOT let children attempt to play on it, it probably requires supervision. For some people: May wish to wear knee 'stabilizers' initially, unless using only at lowest settings. There is no doubt, after using the machine, there is increased oxygenation of blood, and organs; and likely increases the flushing of the 630+ lymph glands throughout the body, too, which improves the entire immune system. You will feel the work-out effects very quickly, and profoundly. And it is so "SIMPLE" and easy to use. :) It's FUN, too!

I have an older version and use it regularly for my arthritis in my knees. It really helps especially when I set it to the higher speed settings where it really gets the blood moving in my feet and knees. My mom came to visit and I noticed that she kept twitching her legs when she would sit on the couch. I asked her about it and she said that she had been taking meds for it, had been to the chiropractor and have been getting massages to try to reduce the "Restless Leg Syndrome" but it was not helping. My mother is 74 so it took a bit to convinced her to step on to the plate and just run through 10 minutes with it. The longer she stayed on it, them more she would comment on how good it felt. She made a few adjustments on the speed and found the setting that seemed to suit her best and at the end of the 10 minutes she reset it for another session. She did not have any more twitching that day and slept all night. The next day, she had me buy this one. It took 5 days to get it and my uncle put it together shortly after receiving it. She jumped right on it and was so happy because she had been having the Restless leg problems again. My mother is a super active person and has never been one to go to a gym. This is her first exercise machine and she will fight you over it. She absolutely loves it. Of course I do too! Mine is also a crazy fit - a previous version that was bought in 2010. If you have Neuropathy, Arthritis and the likes, you have to have one of these machines.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, since she had been able to use a similar machine at a gym & at an associate's house. She loves it, & will attest to the claims of its health & fitness benefits. The unit was delivered promptly (ie, by the 24th so I could have it assembled in time!), but the assembly was the only part I have a complaint with. One of the screws/holes was stripped, but there are two screws at each connection point so I'm keeping an eye on it to see if there is any loosening. The pictorial instructions were very small scale & barely legible. Fortunately, the quantity of pieces & their respective locations are straightforward enough to complete the assembly without having to verify each part number on the diagrams.

Purchased this after trying out friend's 2 year old Sunny Fitness WBV machine....Pros: after 30 days, 10 minutes almost every day, with exercise and diet, I have lost inches in my lower extremities....almost a size smaller.... Possible Con: at speeds 8 and higher, the neck and the arms of the machine rattle....Can't tell whether it is a design flaw or my height (5'8") .....even after reassembling it..my friend's machine doesn't rattle....but she is 5 inches shorter with a different weight distribution......will try other brands before recommending it to others....

We have the Sunny Crazy Fit Massage machine (WBV vibration) in our office for our clients to use for recovery from Incontinence, Peripheral Neuropathy and other circulation issues. It has been so successful, that we continue to order it for our clients. Our last, being a 90 year old woman who absolutely hated her first two times on the machine. After seeing results after only one week, she asked us to order her a machine. Her balance is much improved; as is her leg strength. And, stronger legs, mean less falls. We have helped 6 of our clients purchase this machine now because it is priced right. They would not have paid more, unfortunately. James S., Neuropathist/Director Chico Holistic Healthcare

I have an inversion table at home. i used the boots with a pull up bar at my work site overseas. It turned out to be a bit of a challenge to get up and down on a straight bar but I eventually figured it out. bend your knees. the padding was good and the snaps worked well to get a good fit each time. It was hard to tell when i was ordering what size I was actually purchasing. Be careful and make sure you get the right size. I would recommend these boots for an experienced hanger or someone with mild or no health/back issues. Unlike an inversion table which offers angles of degrees, straight down is your only option with boots. an inversion table gives your spine, neck and joints time to adjust and expand as you slowly go further and further over. Hanging with boots is sudden and possibly painful if you have back problems, etc. I don't think you can really do damage to your body (but what do I know) but it might hurt first timers and shock them. Call your chiropractor or doctor !

these are decent for a starter set and the price is not bad for what you get...the bars are very light, not like those at a gym but i found the weights accurate as i got on the scale with each one...the bar weighs less than 5 pounds i believe...for me to get 22 pounds for the dumbbells it required a few plates on each side which makes it a little bulkier than what i'd like...the only other thing i don't like is that you have to thread or screw on and off the ends each time you change plates which can get time consuming...so i bought different ends...overall i'm happy with them for now

I received my machine quickly and it was better than I had thought it would be. I use a $3,000 machine at the gym and my new machine worked as well as the expensive one. So far no problems with the mechanics, so I will hold judgement on that aspect. In general I am very satisfied at this point.
