I use this mat to park my car on. Perfect mat for condensation from car. Fits perfectly between the wheels.

These mats are great. Very easy to assemble and look nice. This was a great substitution for a treadmill floor mat. Plus if something happens to one of the pieces, they are easy to replace. Other comments show people complaining about them being small. If you read the description, it states that they are 12 inches by 12 inches which is no bigger then the typical floor tile. You can't beat the cost of these compared to the same square footage you get from **** these are 1/2 the price. I would recommend them.

I've had the station for a bout 2 weeks now. I really enjoy the convenience of NOT having to run to the gym. It fits in the corner of the room; very small "footprint". Very stable. One drawback: No rubber gripping on the bars. The simple fix would be workout gloves. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and do recommend this station to anyone who is wanting to purchase equipment for a home gym.

I purchased an Eliptical for my very small apt. I need to work out and the winter has been brutal, so that limits my bike ride. The mat is a perfect fit to go under my machine, but it's not the super thick hard rubber matts that are at the gym that weight about 30lbs each square. So don't be misled by it's look, because it looks exactly the same. Just that this mat is made more like a hard FOAM. It's great for lite use. I would'nt try to power lift 300lbs and slam the barbell down on it. It's great for yoga, lite weights, to put a exercise bike or treadmill on, small weight bench etc, But if your trying to build a home gym, then get the pro matts that they use at a real gym. It mesures about 6 feet by 4 feet. The squares fit perfect & the edges are easy to snap togeter. Simple, easy, good value.....

I bought these for my girlfriend's home gym and she likes them. They allow her to do squats and bench press with a barbell - exercises that she was previously limited to doing with dumbbells. A couple complaints: 1) "They smell" she said (apparently the rubber feet), but expect the smell to dissipate; 2) The stands don't leave very much room in-between for squats when using a "regular" (vs. an Olympic) barbell - we may change barbells to allow for more room between the stands. Otherwise, they are very stable/sturdy and easily adjustable. They also weren't very hard to assemble.

I have an elliptical machine in my home and wanted a floor mat to protect against wear. This item is the perfect piece for my fitness machine. I'm going to buy a weight bench and do same thing here. No need to join a gym. I've created my own workout gyn at home

I have 5 sets of Valcor rubber dumbells on this rack ranging from 5-25lbs and it works great. Great deal for the money.

The idea is real. All observations about how a product such as this is supposed to work, like from the first 5 minutes, are true. That said, this is an excellent machine, exercise peice of equipment, or therapeutic device. Hanging from one's ankles leaves something to be desired. And, who does not have something in their back that does not need to be worked on. I think the reason it works, and so much better than floating, or light swimming, is because being upside down against gravity is much superior than just being free of gravity, but the notion is somewhat similar. Teasingly, we have equivocated that it is, similar to David Blaine's magic, like putting a paper towel back together at the perforation, restoring the parts that are most damaged, but support almost all of the weight, like a welder repairs a cracked piece of steel. There was one tiny problem with this device, noting as others that you do have to be aware of what you are reading in the directions like the labels for the screws are metric, so you can line them up by size, but, that the frame's base where the plastic feet attach is not threaded much, and I stripped a simple phillips head screw for having tightened it too tight. Despite this, the design is so well done, folding it up to lean against the wall effects the 'lose' screw not at all, and the machine operates as stated. While assembling, you may do as I did use silicon spray for conditioning purposes on all rubber, moving parts, and exposed metal. Finally, with a 10% discount, I received the item in less than a week for $XXX. Considering that nothing else has ever come close to working for any lasting time whatsoever for Jennifer, this is, truly, a minor miracle. And it locks!

This bench was a great addition to my home gym. It is easy to assemble but sturdy and stable. It is just the right width for a small-framed female to do bench presses -- not so wide that it obstructs my shoulders. The rubber feet marked up my basement floor a bit, but I've now set the bench on a rubber mat, and it works just fine.

Sturdy, well built, and the price was right. The legs where it meets the floor are not padded however, so it requires a rug or rubber padding so as not to scratch the floor. Other than that, it works fine.

Foam padding is stiff which is good for longevity but kind of uncomfortable. Assembly took about 20-30 minutes with allen wrench provided and my own adjustable wrench. The feet on the bench are metal with no rubber on the bottom like other benches I have owned. This will scratch hard wood flooring and if the bench is on concrete, then the bench will get scratched up. If it is used on a carpet or rubber floor it should not be a problem.

Rack works as advertised - gets barbells off the floor. Sturdy, inexpensive. Takes 5-10 minutes to assemble. My unit was missing one rubber piece but I emailed customer service and it was promptly delivered. Would buy again.

Good bench with enough adjustments to make it comfortable for most everyone. One improvement to recommend: Plastic caps on the leg pads were too tight and both of them broke as I tried to insert them into the tubes with a rubber hammer. Make the fit better or make the caps sturdier.

I used this product under a small treadmill. The pieces fit together quite well and I had some squares left over. The material is not a hard rubber; more on the "foamy" side. Thickness was good and there was very little odor. Good prouct overall.

Excellent for home workout. I use kettlebells at the gym and wanted to add one to my home arsenal. The kettlebell is actually pretty big and I'm only 4'11', but I can handle the bulk. The rubber coating is great for indoor use so you do not screw up your floors (just don't drop it unless you have a thick mat like I do). I love this thing!!!!

There is literally no assembly required. You simply screw the unit tightly under any door of your choice, adjust the foot restraint, and begin your exercise. You can even leave the sit up bar secured to the door without experiencing any obstruction to doorway traffic. The door clamps are rubberized so there are no markings on the door.

I recieved the 26-inch Anti-burst Gym Ball very quickly.. I am please with it, and after reading many reviews about the strong smell (because it is a rubber made product). I didn't have that problem.. It works good but you may have to air it up after a few uses. Price was good. thanks overstock.com...

This bench is well worth the price. Everything is very solidly made, it's higher quality than the benches used in my expensive, upscale gym, that I no longer belong to, because now I can get a great workout at home with this bench and a set of Stairmaster adjustable dumbbells. The pad is super thick and strong, the rubber end caps really keep you from stubbing your toes, and it is easy to pick up and roll around on its wheels. It was relatively easy to put together. I would whole heartedly recommend this bench, and the price on Overstock was better than anywhere else I researched, especially with one of their discount offers.
