This machine feels great. I find it's best to start with a slower rate of vibration and then increase it. Much like all other exercise. I use the bended knee leg exercising function the most. Then some straighter knee changes of position to move vibrations up the body. I feel better using it and it's also very relaxing just before bed.

This machine feels very secure when inverted. I have had cervical and upper back problems for years. The Ironman Gravity Inversion table is so relaxing for my neck and the whole spine. I would definitely recommend this.

We just started using the machine & even though we bought it for me, my husband has used it more then I have! It seems to be a great investment. Our only complaint so far is with the videos. We had to put it in our bedroom because that was the only DVD player that would play the videos. Also, it is very annoying to have to wait through the intro each time. We have only used the Level 1 video, so perhaps the others are setup differently.

Sometimes you get a product that someone has left a piece off or didn't grind all the sharp edges down. This bench is well made and everything is put together just right. My first weight bench was nothing but a board with some padding and a vinyl covering, and two places to put your feet. This one is 1000 percent better. I like everything about it. The way it adjusts and the back incline seems to be just right for me. I started working with weights and this style of bench because I have a lower back problem and with the correct training it has proven to be a good machine for me. I have always been skeptical of buying things like this over the internet, because of not being able of trying them out first. The back rest seems to be well made and with proper care it should last a good long time. The adjustments for the incline and leg rests are for me the worst part. I've even wrapped small towels around the foam padding and that helps. Overall this is a good machine and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with this product. It is very well made and was not so difficult to assemble. It has a smooth action and you get a full range of motion. When doing the triceps you can use both forward and reverse grips. You do not need to use that much weight unlike the leg extrension machine that I also purchased. You can use the seat and place your back against the pad to do shoulder presses. The seat and arm pad is very comfortable. The price was nice, alot cheeper than anybody else, especially when using the discount coupon they alway send you in your email. You can do single arm curls and get a good pump. I recommend this product if you have the space in your home gym.

I like these for the price, they are soft on the foot but they do indent with heavy machines on them.

THIS MACHINE IS GREAT. IT IS COMPACT SO DOEN'T TAKE UP MUCH FLOOR SPACE. IT HAS 2 WHEELS ON THE BOTTOM SO YOU CAN MOVE IT AROUND EASILY (LIKE A WHEEL BARREL) QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND AFFORDABLY PRICED. I DON'T USE IT FOR WEIGHT LOSS BUT INSTEAD --ACHES AND PAINS-IT REALLY GETS THE BLOOD FLOWING BACK INTO YOUR JOINTS AND MUSCLES AND YOUR PAIN GOES AWAY

Looks great. It's solid, light, easy to move and comparable to the ones in local gyms. It took an hour to put together, so don't worry about all the pieces in the box. It's easy. I would say that it is a good buy mainly because it is solid and you can fold it and put it away in an instant. I would certainly recommend it to friends.

Love it, love it, love it! Made well! I have been looking for this for while so happy I found it! Had one three years ago and I wore it out!! So much better than the ones made with just the two wheels and handle! The spring action makes such a difference!

I like this machine. It was easy to put together, and is easy to use. I am using every day. I was watching youtube videos to learn how to use. You have to learn slowly to get use to be in a vertical position and beyond.

Great quality & durability, great design, easy to assemble (takes ~90 minutes or less to put together if familiar with gym equipment), great calf machine for home equipment, only downside is that it does not come with olympic size adapters

I ordered my first set of gym floor mats to place a bowflex machine on top. I really enjoy the mats so i ordered another set to cover the entire room and have since added a bench and dumbbells and a place to do p90x. They are really easy to put together and really change up the room to give you a better feel when working out. I definitely recommend these mats.

Would probably buy a machine that is a little more stable but overall it does what it says. Am glad I got the one with 20 speeds instead of only 12 as I am already using the top speed after a week of having it. Too soon to see any results yet.

I have an older version and use it regularly for my arthritis in my knees. It really helps especially when I set it to the higher speed settings where it really gets the blood moving in my feet and knees. My mom came to visit and I noticed that she kept twitching her legs when she would sit on the couch. I asked her about it and she said that she had been taking meds for it, had been to the chiropractor and have been getting massages to try to reduce the "Restless Leg Syndrome" but it was not helping. My mother is 74 so it took a bit to convinced her to step on to the plate and just run through 10 minutes with it. The longer she stayed on it, them more she would comment on how good it felt. She made a few adjustments on the speed and found the setting that seemed to suit her best and at the end of the 10 minutes she reset it for another session. She did not have any more twitching that day and slept all night. The next day, she had me buy this one. It took 5 days to get it and my uncle put it together shortly after receiving it. She jumped right on it and was so happy because she had been having the Restless leg problems again. My mother is a super active person and has never been one to go to a gym. This is her first exercise machine and she will fight you over it. She absolutely loves it. Of course I do too! Mine is also a crazy fit - a previous version that was bought in 2010. If you have Neuropathy, Arthritis and the likes, you have to have one of these machines.

I have recommended it to my Chiropractor. I have a pulled tendon in my knee so I sit on the Machine for exercise twice a day; I often feel that The exercise time would be longer because it is so pleasant. I have more energy all day long. I look forward to a healed knee so that I can stand and exercise. J.P.

I've had my eye on this cable crossover machine for a while now, and I finally went ahead and pulled the trigger on it. It was fairly easy to assemble (FYI: You will need a socket and ratchet for the first bolt/nut because it's in a deep recess.) I didn't see it mentioned in the description, but it has the 1" posts for standard weights. You can still use the Olympic weights of course, but they're very loose. You can buy the Olympic adapter sleeves and spring locks or if your handy you can come up with something to modify it yourself. Oh, by the way, this machine doesn't come with any spring locks, so you'll need to get those either way (standard or Olympic). I suggest getting 4 spring locks so you don't have to keep moving them from post to post. This machine comes with 2 handles, 2 carabiner-type clips, and an ankle strap. I'd also suggest getting 2 more carabiner clips, again so you don't have to moving them to wherever you need them. You also get some spray lubricant and a little bottle of touch-up paint with this machine as well. All in all, I'm really happy with this purchase. I'm using my Olympic weights with this, and I get a great workout. I also purchased a triceps rope as well. This cable crossover is a great addition to any home gym. I'm glad I finally went ahead an purchased one.

New variations of tried-and-true exercise machines are always being introduced to the market as the technology of exercise equipment improves. Two exercise machines that have gained popularity are elliptical trainers and treadmills. A major advantage to elliptical trainers is that they possess little risk of injury to the knees, hips, back or ankles. Meanwhile, treadmills are home gym machines on which you can run, walk or jog. The treadmill has been in the marketplace for a long time and is a long-standing piece of standard equipment for most exercise enthusiasts. Elliptical Machines: Elliptical machines present a lower risk of injury to the body. This home gym machine allows the individual to stand in an upright position while supporting her upper body by holding onto the handrails. The individual is able to pick out what muscles to train by shifting the strength on the legs or the arms. This provides for a more flexible workout machine. The machine bears its name because it works to copy the foot's elliptical motion as well as the rotation of the hip during walking or running. Advantages of Elliptical Machines: Since elliptical machines work the upper and lower body, they help you reach your target heart rate more optimally, providing a better cardiovascular workout overall. Individuals can burn a larger number of calories in a shorter period of time. Muscles that benefit from this machine include the legs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and the back. Elliptical machines are also relatively easy to operate and are energy efficient because they do not use much electricity. Treadmills: Traditional treadmills were developed to help you walk, run or jog. Treadmills differ in advantages as there are some machines that have programs that can be customized based on your weight and fitness level. You can also manually control the program to increase or decrease the speed, the incline or the duration of the workout. Walking on a traditional treadmill, however, creates more impact on the knees and hips and may be a cause of injury for some users. Advantages of Treadmills: Some treadmill models have a cushioned surface to support the knees and other parts of the body. With these models, there is a lower risk of injury and an increased level of comfort for the user. Moreover, treadmills provide you with the option to run, jog or walk in the comfort of the gym. Also, you can burn calories by increasing the heart rate, providing a good cardiovascular workout. Buy Home Gym Machines Back to Guides Directory Buy Home Gym Machines
