My husband uses this more than I do. It really helps with leg pain.

I have hardwood floors and needed some cushioning to do P90X workouts. Good value for the money. I bought 2 sets to cover a larger area. Easy to put together. They look ok, but if you are hung up on aesthetics the mats don't perfectly match colorwise but that is a very minor point since they are gym mats. I am 5'7" 165lbs and the mats stayed together even during aerobic activity. Occasionally the mats will slip so I'll need to put something under them to secure them. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

    Super Inversion Traction Unit

As a manual physical therapist, I was looking for a solid unit that I could not only traction clients on, but also do some mobilization techniques while their traction was going on, specifically at the S-I joints. I also wanted the unit for myself and my family. I have seen a number of units that don't compare. I would refer to the positive reviews shown prior to this one. The only negative, which was mentioned previously, that I agree with, are the small screws that secure the ankle restraints to the cross bar. They do loosen, and need tightening. I actually reinforced them with larger screws. Not a big deal, but nonetheless, should be addressed by their design engineering consultants. I have had the unit for 5 years now and believe it to be a must for my physical therapy practice and my own spinal maintenance. It is not for the elderly or unstable high blood pressure clients, and you must allow for some initial intolerance to the ballast build up in the head while inverted. ...

Sadly, this 10 lb kettlebell is a bit over my limit. Using it caused a severe fibro flare and I could not move much for a couple of weeks. On the other hand, the color is perfect. I gave it a good because it is not as cleanly made as my other bells. It look to be irregular, which did not take away from anything but the looks.

My chiropractor retired and I needed help. My job is seated at a computer, so I have frequent backaches & headaches from tension just from work position. I bought this table based on reviews on several sites. I've had it for 2 months and am very glad. I probably use it 5-8 minutes 3-4 days a week in the evening. It relaxes those stressed muscles. My 19 year old son works on concrete floor and has weak ankles. He uses it and says his feet and legs don't ache as much. My boyfriend has lower back pain, it has relieved most of that. I had to buy one for my brother's birthday because he used mine and fell in love ..... he's had back pain for over 35 years due to a broken back in a car wreck years ago. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
