This bench is amazing. I can't believe the quality of the product for the price. I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it (the picture looked good) and was pleasantly suprised. This is very well built with solid structure. I have been using it for months with heavy weight (300 plus) and it is solid. Excellent value, excellent product. Easy to assemble (30 minutes or so) and even came with touch up paint. I have shopped around and found benches of this quality around $500 plus. I am very happy with this purchase.

For the price this is an adequate bench. The frame is easy to assemble and is solid. The vinyl used to cover the pad is poor quality, and l anticipate will not hold up with much use. The horizontal supports for the bench pad are at the ends of the center beam with no horizontal support for the bench pad in the center. As a consequence the bench pad flexes in the middle when doing an exercises like a triceps press or sitting in the center of the bench which is annoying. I fixed this problem with a shims placed under the bench pad along the support bar. It would be a great bench for the price if they fixed these two problems.

The product is excellent, the quality of the package shipped was pathetic, I got the package and small parts started falling out while moving the "sealed" box. I had to replace numerous bolts, washers, and nuts.

I am truly impressed with my purchase of this Valor Fitness DA-3 Flat Hard Core Weight Bench. The bench is solid as they come. I am a personal trainer and some of my clients are larger in stature than others, while other clients are small but lift heavy weight. I do not worry about clients from either camps overloading this bench. I am quite happy with my purchase.

Well I went in thinking this product was amazing. after setting it up I thought otherwise. overall construction 6/10 durability 5/10. the leg extension maxed out at 70lbs and flex's the whole frame of the bench when pushed to the limit. the bench has a good amount of angles but the pin-lock is horrible and bent when I went over 200lbs. so all in all if your lifting light its good, but if you plan on getting stronger try else where.

I bought these for my fiance's garage gym. I was a little hesitant when I read other review about the pads being less than sturdy. Took a risk and I'm glad I did . it was very reasonably priced and works perfectly for his garage. he has a heavy weight bench, free weights, and other equipment on top of the pads and we don't notice any shifting.. He does not, however, use it for aerobics which would probably cause the pieces to become disconnected. Our only complaint would be that it doesn't come with enough add pieces to make it look finished. Overall we are happy with the purchase

Great price. function is good for my exercise needs. I would recommend the heavier version for heavier lifting.

I searched about 5 sites on the Internet looking for a low priced weight bench. Overstock had everyone beat by $15. I absoutely LOVE my new weight bench!!! When I say that it is gym quality, I am not exaggerating at all! In fact, it is better than some of the weight benches I use at our gym. Assembly only took about 10 minutes, and it really locks together in a tight manner. This bench should last for years.

I am finishing my basement and have been looking for a floor for the fitness room. This turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Thick enough to be comfortable to exercise on but firm enough for my treadmill and weight bench. I was able to trim the pieces with a blade pretty easily. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this bench from overstock and I pickup body beast from beach body. It was time for a bench and this was the best priced I could find across the web, and by signing up for email I got additional % off. Took time but was a very easy assembly, I do have some mechanical skills, but again easy build. 1 screw out of all, did not want to line up but after some convincing the bench was done. Fully assembled its easy to carry around. I use it on carpet and it does get a little rocky, not like it will fall over, just like its dropping rocking into the carpet. That said its still an uneasy feeling while supporting dumbbells of various weights while lying down. The "head" side has pads on the bottom of the support and doesn't really move while planted. The "feet" side is slick and takes some concentration and effort to not slide across the carpet. I got it to my door, for less than *** so I'm pretty happy over all.

I ordered these for my home gym. Very happy so far. I'm 6'3 and I there is more than enough height to do squats, overhead press etc. I assembled the stands slightly different from pictured with the squat feature towards the rear which required me to also switch the base of the stands so the narrow part is in the rear. The result is that the stands rock significantly when I rack the bench, even with 50# on the safety peg. I plan on adding more weight soon which I will also use for deadlifts. My biggest complaint is that the push pins are difficult to adjust, you have to completely unscrew them and once when I was adjusting the height of the upright, it dropped suddenly and I cracked one of the plastic collars that protects the steel tube. This is not really a manufacturing defect... just don't plan on changing the height of the bar catches to often.

This is a good product for the price. However there are areas of concern. For gym flooring, I think a larger footprint rather than this product's 12x12 would be more beneficial. I was doing P90X and some kettle bell work outs and unless the product fits walls to wall, it tends to move and unhinge. A larger (and heavier) foot print would likely solve that. It's fine for moderate work outs but it dents easily with anything over 35 lbs. I wouldnt put treadmills or weight benches on it. Some tiles arrived damaged, and as others have said, there are nowhere near enough edge pieces for this kit. You can either cut existing tiles to make them, or order additional edging. Keep this in mind if you plan to order in one shot so that everything can be done at once. Is it a value? Only because of the pricing, but price not withstanding, it's a fair product.

This bench is a absolutely great, very stable, both my husband and I use it with no issues. My favorite feature is to be able to use it for my sides.

This bench is Very strong, great elivation, can do alot thats why I bought it HOWEVER the wose part is the locking pin. Very poor design the plasitc knob broke I went to ***** and Mc giverized a better pin. Nothings worse than trying to change elevation and the pin wont budge and you need plires to move it.
