Ever since I have been using this machine, my circulation has improved and I have fewer back pains. My legs no longer ache every day. My husband has also been using this machine before he goes to bed and it had helped him with his restless leg syndrome during the night. I highly recommend this for anyone who has poor circulation.

A Doctor recommended using an inversion table. At first, I was hesitant thinking it might be difficult to use.; perhaps hard to get on and off of and so on. The Ironman Gravity Inversion Table is sturdy. Getting into it is simple. As a matter of fact, the ankle cushioning makes this more comfortable than the one at our local physical therapy center. It has non-slip feet and feels stable and secure whether you are getting on or off. It has three different inversion angles which you can select / adjust. It's great for someone more athletic than I. My better half uses it for sit ups. He's on his way to 6-pack abs. (I just hang upside down like a bat and do a few exercises.) I am glad I bought this.

got the bag filled with sand and foam peanuts...hung it up...worked it for a few days and guess what? *support for the hanging chains is already ripping out *some of the holes for laces in the gloves are already ripping out-to be expected since there is barely room to get your hands in with the laces all the way loose *pretty poor quality in my opinion *great price...but remember...you get what you pay for *expect that...and you won't be disappointed.

I can tell you that only spending $*, it's well constructed and I feel safe being 6'2" and 230lbs. It will hold up to 6'6 and 300 and it has some heft so I would tend to believe it. I felt perfectly safe on it and can tell you that for my first time on it, my back was pain free the entire time, no pressure, etc....studies are inconclusive and anecdotal at best regarding inversion therapies on low back pain but I'll try it before any surgical procedures. I injured myself about 5 weeks ago and I'm on the mend because of sheer male Stubbornness and my belief that pain is weakness leaving the body. Give me a few days on this this for better viewpoint, but for a product....it's solid. Easy to put together and strong. Does what it says. Had some shipping issues but customer service took care of it expeditiously.
