The equipment is not bad for the price. if you are looking for a cheap piece of exercise equipment to add to your home-gym, then this is probably worth it. I was missing lots of hardware (nuts & bolts); however. Ended up spending another $10 at Home Depot to get the right parts to assemble everything... the inconvenience was annoying.

Well it was missing a lot of the hardware and some of the hardware wasn't for this product. Easy to assemble. I'm a big guy 240 and it doesn't seem very sturdy ( The pull up bar doesn't seem very stable) If your a smaller guy I would say go for it, but be ready to hit the hardware store. You can expect what you pay for

The product took a little while to put together. Not all the hardware matched the packing list however I was able to assemble the machine with what was included. It isn't as easy to use as I thought and kinda of small for a larger body type. Not gym quality but all and all a good machine. I would only recommed the product to a friend if they serious about working out and had a smaller body type/frame.

Great device but had problem with holes lining up for handle assembly. Easy to assemble, though. Went to hardware store and bought a slightly smaller bolt to fit in misaligned holes and it works but right handle is slightly loose. Love using device as it helps with back and muscle pain. I feel more energetic after use.

Just like the 70's rock band, this Tower of Power is great. The reviews I read before purchase suggested I would be frustrated with lack of hardware. To the contrary, I had everything I needed and it assembled easily with no need for assistance. The unit is very stable and can be used for all that it is advertised for. A great deal for the price.

It'll take an hour or so to assemble and not too difficult. You might consider grabbing an extension cord from a hardware store because the cord on the machine is a little short and if you're like me, I want some room to work out on it. I was really surprised at how much of a workout it was after just 5 minutes. I did some reading about PowerPlate and this machine. It's a great deal! A PowerPlate machine is several thousand dollars. Some major athletes and celebrities use this type of machine so this is fantastic to get it for under 300. (Go to PowerPlate and read up on it and the benefits). From some of the studies I read it looks like 10 minutes 3X a week is = to a 60 minute gym workout with weights. It creates bone density, helps connective tissue, reduces cellulite, improves lymphatic and blood flow. It's been recommended for diabetics and the elderly as well. This is a great technology and finally at an affordable price. You might want to go to YouTube and look up some workout positions for PowerPlates. You can get a fast, effective workout. All the research is there. Best of luck. Thanks Overstock! :)
