Ordered these to fit in a smaller, in-home exercise room and they work very well. Easily assembled, clear instructions included, and took about 10 minutes to set up. They work for squat or bench and hold my Olympic bar and weights easily; there's just a bit of 'side sway' that you have to be careful of or I would give them an excellent.

Did a lot of research & found a good value

Sturdy and comfortable... as much as one can be hanging from your feet, of course. I bought it for my spouse for his back problems. He doesn't use it often but we've noticed some benefits from the beginning. On my 1st try I felt lighter as soon as I got off the machine, and minor aches/pain improved significantly. One problem (although not at all a deal breaker) is the locking mechanism for the ankles. The metal bar that locks the ankle bracelets in place is located between my knees; as such, it creates a level of discomfort when I'm trying to get on the machine up until I'm lying upside down. I have chunky legs but I'd imagine that metal bar affects others as well. Overall we're satisfied with this product.

  • Not enough straight edges provided

The floor mats work fine but the border edges are a problem. They come with the same number of straight (24) & corner border edges (24). Which means there are not enough straight borders. If you check Item #: 13733437 which is the borders only you will see from the picture that they mean to send you the same number of corner as straight border edges. If you are creating one rectangular there are only 4 corners and therefore only 4 border edges needed. Overstock was very good and had additional straight edges sent. But this time the borders were made backwards i.e. they had to be placed upside down in order to fit. Overstock had more sent out again but they were also incorrect (BACKWARDS). It's not clear to me why the manufacturer can't get this right because otherwise the product is pretty good. They don't look so bad upside down but you would think that would not be necessary.

This is a GREAT piece of equipment! So wish I bought this instead of the full inversion table which didn't lock and caused my near death accident. My back is finally getting some relief. I'm a big guy 260 6"3' and feel secure in it. My head is close to the ground... about an inch or two off but that's fine with me. Exiting the equip is a bit iffy until you get the hang of it. be careful. If you're looking for an 90 90 this is the one for the money. Teeter has a DEX I but it's double the price. Enjoy

My chiropractor retired and I needed help. My job is seated at a computer, so I have frequent backaches & headaches from tension just from work position. I bought this table based on reviews on several sites. I've had it for 2 months and am very glad. I probably use it 5-8 minutes 3-4 days a week in the evening. It relaxes those stressed muscles. My 19 year old son works on concrete floor and has weak ankles. He uses it and says his feet and legs don't ache as much. My boyfriend has lower back pain, it has relieved most of that. I had to buy one for my brother's birthday because he used mine and fell in love ..... he's had back pain for over 35 years due to a broken back in a car wreck years ago. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
