I have had this product set up for two weeks and I really love it. I have fibromyalgia and low-impact exercise is very important in helping to keep my pain levels down.
I use the gym first thing in the morning to get myself going and then a few nights a week in the evening as well to stretch tired muscles after working all day.
The leg exercises are my favorite, the extension of each leg combined with just enough of a resistance level really helps me feel good!

I bought this product to use at work. I work long hours in a home setting and thought this would be perfect. The problem was, I was unable to close the door after attaching the equipment to the door. I am sure the equipment will work if the door it's attached to is constructed properly, but how would you know until after it's purchased?
