I have had this product set up for two weeks and I really love it. I have fibromyalgia and low-impact exercise is very important in helping to keep my pain levels down.
I use the gym first thing in the morning to get myself going and then a few nights a week in the evening as well to stretch tired muscles after working all day.
The leg exercises are my favorite, the extension of each leg combined with just enough of a resistance level really helps me feel good!
I'm glad that I found this product on the website!

I bought this product to use at work. I work long hours in a home setting and thought this would be perfect. The problem was, I was unable to close the door after attaching the equipment to the door. I am sure the equipment will work if the door it's attached to is constructed properly, but how would you know until after it's purchased? I will be taking it home to see if it will work on the doors there

I'm sure that this product would work well for someone, but it didn't for me. Unless your doors are too small for the jamb, this won't fit and let you close your door. I haven't been able to get it set up :( I would warn you before you buy this, make sure that the door that you are planning to use this on has a 1/2" to 3/4" gap between the door and the jamb.

I bought this product and found that the door brackets were too big to close the door. So you had to hold the door shut. I tried to install the tension knob, but the ropes would not hold in the grooves. Seems to me they should have put groves on both pieces. When screwing the knob down to hold the ropes in place they would pop out. So that resistance knob is useless. I will be returning this product.

I bought this to subside my inactivity when I was at home. I found it easy to assemble and use. Yes, it isn't up to "gym-like" standards, but then again, it's not the gym! It does the trick for a easy, at-home exercise. Like the other comment, the contraption connects to the top and bottom of your door so you have to make sure your door has space above and below it for the pulleys. Otherwise, great product!

It has been a great experience! I love the flexibility that this equipment brings to be able to use for every muscle in your body. It is a great substitute for those days that you do not want to go to the gym!!!

I will have to return this product because I found it unusable. I tried to attatch it to my door as instructed, and the door would not close. You dont get the tension you need from an unstable surface. Also, to switch muscle groups, you have to undo and redo the whole thing. Very frustrating.

I had one of these many years ago but since lost the original one. I brought it after having a baby and it actually worked very well. I used it for my ABS and within three months was back into my pre-baby shape. Only rated it a 4 because it took a few minutes to get into the groove of using it correctly. Great for travel.

It is a slick little set up and not hard to install or switch from top to bottom for exercises targeting different muscle groups. But not enough tension for any upper body workout....for me anyway. I think for legs it will be great.

This is light and was easy to set up. However, I'm a little nervous about the sturdiness of the clamps, which bow as you tighten them. Also, I can't close the door because the clamps bow up into the door jamb. But I was able to exercise keeping one hand against the door (which stabilized me and kept the door pushed shut). Overall I'm still pleased with the product for the price.

this is compact, easy to use, and fairly effective. it is EXTREMELY frustrating, however, to have to turn the system completely upside down to perform other exercises. if it set up one way, you can realistically do triceps, biceps, and thighs, but to do shoulders, chest and virtually everything else, you would have to disconnect the system and turn it over, or purchase another system to put on another door. but on the upswing, it's compact and you definitely feel the muscles you are working the next day.
