This is my first treadmill, so it's hard to compare, but I like it a lot, and it's perfect for the lazy exerciser that I am. My main complaint is that I would get bad static shock after walking the tread for about a minute then touching the cross-bar that contains the heart-rate sensors. One time it was so bad that it shut down the whole machine. I remedied that by covering the sensors with electric tape. i think it might be my fault - maybe the outlet that I'm using for the treadmill is not grounded, though I think it is. I'm going to have my electrician check on this. The other (very minor) complaint is that I would like to be able to monitor my "distance traveled" constantly, but the readout cycles through "pace" , "slope"and "distance" at regular intervals, and this cannot be changed. Apart from that it's great!
