This elliptical does not have an electrical assist so you are generating your own power. That is great because the workout is very good. The downside is (for those who are heavier) you don't have a smooth stride. The other factor is the stride length, you really shouldn't be over 5'2" - 5' 4". It was easy to assemble. My teenage daughter (who has never assembled anything) assembled it in a very reasonable amount of time. The packaging is GREAT. The components (screws, bolts, washers) were organized in bags and the bags were labeled according to each step in the assembly process. I purchased the extended warranty, but I don't think it's necessary...there really is nothing on it that can break. Overall, this product is a good buy.

After searching around for a good elliptical I happened to find this baby buried on this website. I was looking for something affordable for someone on a bit of a budget, but not cheaply built or with no features. I have found a pretty good option here with the Sunny SF-E906 Elliptical. It's rather simple to assemble out of the box and is pretty sturdy for something with a buyer friendly price tag on it, especially compared to other ellipticals on this site. I have also read about people who have problems with the machine unscrewing itself as you workout, good news here is I've had no such problems and its been used daily (sometimes more!) since it arrived and was put together. It's not jampacked with features, but it has a pad that keeps track of helpful things like distance ran, calories burned, time spent on machine, etc. It also has a tension control which is good for me and my wife to be seeing as I like to workout at a more stressful level than she does. My only problem is the stride feels a bit short for me (I'm 6'0') but I can adjust it by putting my feet in a better position just slightly off the pedals. It's probably not the best elliptical out there, but for the money its a heckuva deal if your just looking for a decent machine that won't cost you a fortune.

Excellent piece of equipment for the price. The only concern would be the lack of stride length. I'm a short person, so not a big issue with me (5'). I believe it would take a taller person quite an adjustment for the short stride. Very happy with the elliptical trainer. Fits in a corner of the bedroom so it's easily accessible, no excuses for not using. User guide easy to understand to be able to make use of the features, i.e. pulse, distance, calories, odometer...

This exercise machine is not for you if you are looking for a gym size machie. The stride is lot shorter. The manual states it will take a little bit to loosen up and it did. The machine does the job. I've had to tighten up the handle bars a couple of times, but no big deal. I have used this machine both on flagstone flooring in the sun room and carpet in another room. The carpet under it seems to make it more stable. I enjoy the bike.

The motion is a little jerky until you get used to the small stride. This is made for a shorter person with a small stride. I believe a tall person would have great difficulty adjusting to the stride motion. I love it as I can get in my "walks" on rainy days without having a large treadmill. I wish the handles moved.

I was looking for a cardio alternative to my early morning run, especially for later this autumn when it's too dark to run before work. I read the reviews on several of the steppers and selected this one based on the positive feedback from other buyers. I was thrilled that it took my husband just minutes to assemble it, that it was so sturdy and and that you could adjust the stride so easily. My husband is a little heavy for it but my grandkids love "stepping" when they come over. I've used in a couple of times in conjuction with the running program on the Wii and really like that as well. As usual, the delivery was within a couple of days of ordering, always expected with Overstock. All in all, a great purchase.

I ordered this walker b/c I needed a small piece of equipment to do some cardio b/c I don't always have time to get to the gym. I read most of the reviews and most of what is said is true. It has a weird stride and it might not be suitable for taller people. Im 5'7" and sometimes my knees bump the bars at the height of the stride. Its not a big deal, I just adjust a little bit. But I don't think taller people would be able to use it. It is a bit unsteady when moving back and forth fast. But once you get used to it and into a rhythm its not bad. Honestly, I didn't expect too much, its small, a bit unsturdy, but overall, for what I paid and what I needed its decent.

Stepper is good in terms of price. I dont like the product manual as it has not given real good details as how could you connect each parts. However it will be really intuitive to connect all the parts togather. You can vary the stepping size by changing the lower end screw which will adjust the step size. I am not sure how long it will lasts but at present quality of the product looks good to me. Overall, I like this product.

The product arrive on our doorstep and the box was in good shape. After we opened the box, the parts were loose so we were worried, but all parts were there. The instruction manual was not in english. Once we struggled to get the elliptical together (which wasn't that hard) I jumped on.The micro tension knob is worthless. There is no increase in resistance. The stride is short and the foot placements are narrow, which can get uncomfortable. There is no place to put water so have your water sitting nearby. Also, the display is only good for the timer, the other information is worthless, since you cannot enter data. However, if you are on a tight budget and have limited space, it will do the job. Depending on my time, I work out anywhere between 30 - 50 minutes, 5 days a week, and I get a good workout. If this elliptical falls apart in a year, then I can say that I got my monies worth. All in All, it's OK, but if you have the money, get something with more quality.
