Great workout!
This machine was relatively easy to put together as long as you carefully follow the instructions. I think you definitely need 2 people to put together, though, due to some pieces being heavy and/or cumbersome to hold while trying to fasten. Most of the machine is metal and it seems to be very sturdy. The resistance settings allow you to have a very tough workout if you want. The computer isn't amazing, but for the money I spent it is as good or better than I expected. I am very pleased with the purchase and think this machine will last a long time.

Elliptical
This machine was easy to assemble, fit wonderfully/compactly in the space I reserved for it and is a solid product. Others' reviews were accurate, but I nonetheless was a little disappointed with a shorter-than-expected stride, especially on the elliptical function. That said, this machine will make you sweat if you work hard on it & increase the workout level to the max. Love the dual elliptical/stair master feature -- easy to switch between the two!
