We ordered the teeter hang up and gravity boots at the same time. Love the teeter hang up! We've not used the gravity boots much yet because they are really most necessary for full inversion, and we've not moved up to "full inversion" yet. They can be used at less than full inversion too, and really do help relieve stress on ankles. They also put a slight bend in knees, which also reduces stress. For 60 degree inversion, we've not used them much, only because they take a little more time to get on than simply slipping into the regular ankle grips. I do recommend them though, for the most comfort.
