Don't buy it - it has wires in it!!!

I just got these - ordered 2 for xmas gifts - looks like they are seconds/irregulars of some kind of battery-operated heated vest - but no battery - 2 separate stitch marks on the inside presumably to cover up the missing batteries. The wires running between the two layers are easily felt. I'm returning them because there's no way I'm giving these as gifts.
