Discovery Kids Ice Cream Maker

Bought this as "Santa's" gift for our 9 year old daughter and thought she would love it. The picture on the outside of the box is so misleading I'd have to question it. The ingredients freeze to the drum and the scrapper is useless. Very disappointing to say the least-its back in the box and going back to the store for my FAT refund!!

Don't buy this. It does technically make ice cream -- frozen stuff forms on the outside of the rotating drum. But, the plastic scraper supplied in the kit throws its hands up and fails immediately, and you can't get the ice cream off the drum unless you take the whole thing apart and scrape it with a knife. Search the internet, you can make ice cream with two ziploc bags. You don't need this thing.
