Cardboard! :(
I should have known better. It didn't last long. The sign kept falling down in the wind, the whole thing kept blowing over, and then my daughter left it out in a rain storm. it was super adorable. My daughter LOVED it and decorating it was a blast, but in the end, it was just more trash
