These ankle weights are awesome.
Work as ankle weights but strap long enough to fit your thighs as well if you want to do those exercises too. Good price too and I looked all over.

As expected, these were as good, if not better, than the weights I use at my physical therapy sessions. I can now readily do the exercises at home.

Great quality weights
You get one of each size (weight) per set, so I had to buy two sets to get pairs of these ankle weights. However, I am very pleased with what I received. I was looking for weights like my husband's physical therapist used. I tried some from a local sporting goods store, but the style was different and I did not like the way they fit. These Cuff weights are a different brand from what the therapist used, but are identical in design. They even have the long velcro strap that fully wraps around for a secure fit. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend them.

Great Weights
I was looking for a set of weights like the ones used in physical therapy. These weights are a great choice. They are labeled and color-coded so it is easy to see which weight to used. They are easy to put on and stay in place while in use. I have been using them for a month and am very happy with my purchase.

Great weights
A graet deal and each weight has helped through rehabbing new hip. Could not find the different weights in any stores so this was a graet find.
