this is a good product for people who have just started a work out regimen. The only downfall is the weight limi. My husband is 6'4 and 230lbs. He used the bench a couple of times and it would make a crackling sound. So I wouldn't recommend this product for tall users.

do not be deceived, the bench is poorly constructed, and will not give you the workout you desire, i would not recommend this product to any one

This cheaply made chinese sit-up bench is smaller than it apears in the photo. If you re over 6' tall forget it. The bench is made of creaky plywood with a thin vinyl covering. The many foam covered handles do not accomodate a standard caucasian physiognomy . Spend more if you realy need a bench or spend less if an equivalent piece of junk is what you want. This bench is far too expensive for such low quality, bordering on no quality at all. Next stop for this bench is Goodwill.

I guess I was expecting too much, but I find this bench to be sorely lacking. It is not sturdy and solid, feels and looks very cheap.

Easy to assemble, strong but light and very easily moved. It is everything I wanted and more. Exactly what I had imagined a sit-up bench should be.
