I needed an exercise ball suitable for my 5'1" size, and this one was perfect. It was easily inflated yet strong enough to support my weight. A nice addition to my exercise props. Overstock has always met my expectations for merchandise I have ordered.

Initially I was challenged by the assembly instructions, which are written in a language almost exactly unlike English and accompanied by tiny pictures that are more confusing than helpful. However, I did manage to do it despite those drawbacks and it works wonderfully well. It is very quiet, which I like. I have been using it twice a day, morning and evening, and I love it! The book that came with it (that contained the assembly instructions) also shows a variety of ways to use the machine. I have tried a few of them. I cannot say whether it is helping me lose weight or inches as it is still early days. I use the pre-set 10 minute timer and set it at level 10 and that feels right. Because it is quiet I can listen to a book on tape while I use it. When I get of I feel like I have had a good massage. I do not recommend doing it right before bed - I tried that and had a hard time settling down to sleep afterwards. Using it right after a meal might also be a bad idea so I have not done that. The woman who looks after my mother when I am at work has also tried it and loves it too!

I was hesitant to buy this--I mean, what the hey??? But I read a ton of research on whole body massage for weight loss, muscle strengthening, and even building stronger bone. So I bought it--and I LOVE IT. I use it twice daily--10 minutes each time--mainly for the hips, thighs, waist areas. You can do various positions to get the full effect on your arms or legs. Can't believe it really works!!

There are things out there to work your abs that are so expensive and this does the perfect job without having to spend so much money. I feel my abs worked in the right places. As long as u don't use your shoulders to pull the weight back up. but I have already suggested it to my friends

As so many said, takes a bit of time to get it to full size. But...if you fill it with the supplied pump (mine worked perfectly, no complaints!), let it sit for a few hours, put in more air, let it sit and continue to do that it will fill to it's full size within a day or so (you have to let the rubber stretch) and it's as big as they claim! We took our time and did it over two days filling it until it was taut and then letting it sit for hours. It comes with an excellent wall hanging chart, well illustrated. I'm fairly heavy and it holds my weight well and doesn't feel like it will burst. It's definitely a good value.

This is really one of the best buys I've made in a long time. It relieves muscle pain, improves tone, and de-stresses. I was really skeptical & couldn't imagine how it would live up to what I've been reading online, especially since this is one of the cheapest models available. It's well made and I'm am so pleased. I had problems with chronic muscle pain and this is the only thing that has helped. It's so refreshing to use. Leaves me feeling clear-headed afterward as well. I don't know if it helps with weight loss, but for toning, it's incredible.

I needed a small and light-weight gadget for excercise at home. This is perfect for that.

My husband and I had doubts about the exercise ball and our weight but we followed the sizing chart and it has turned out wonderful. We recieved our ball within a week and nervously tried it. The exercise ball is a great work out tool and very reliable too!

I am not sure if the machine is free of defects since it makes a rattling noise when I stand on it distributing my weight evenly, but if I put more weight on my left leg, then the noise subsides and the machine runs quietly. Of course I can't do this for more than a minute or two, so I basically do my routine with lots of rattling noise. Other than that I think the machine is very sturdy, good quality. As for the results, well I've had it for 20 days now, I've used it twice a day for intervals of 10 minutes and sometimes 20 minutes each time and while I can't see very visible results as of yet, I can notice some toning in the legs, thighs and perhaps gluts, don't know it's hard to say. I have a little bit of cellulite in my gluts, what most people would say it's nothing... but it's there, and I still don't see much of a difference. I am 35 y/o, 5' 6'' and weigh 125lbs, have a fairly toned complexion, but the signs of aging are showing up specially in thighs, gluts and belly. I'd like to know if other people that have been using the Crazy Fit for longer than me, what kind of results they are getting. I did take a picture of myself the day I started and I'm planning on taking a new one after day 30, and so on. It's also very helpful when writing a review so state your age, height and weight so people can relate to your results more realistically. Thank you Overstock!
