For the price, it does what it needs to but the quality is not that great. The middle is hollow with a piece of plastic over the hole (the blue logo). If you step directly on the logo, it will depress and you won't be able to get it out. For reference, I'm about 165lbs so it's not like I was putting excessive weight on the thing. This definitely is an "economy" model, so if you just need a cheap board, it will be fine.

I received my Sunny Crazy Fit vibration plate Y.08 yesterday, It took me about an hour with the help of my 2 girls to put it together. Its not that complicated to assemble . The look is little different: no name on the support tube as the picture shown on the website! But its on the front of the base plate . We all had fun trying it, I love it. I m giving it 5 stars for the affordability, the quick delivery and the ease of use . I will have another review update about the benefits on my health and weight. Thank you OVERSTOCK

This is an amazing chair. I have a bad back and MS, so it hard to sit for very long in a chair. This is just the right height for me, I am short. You can inflate or deflate the ball according to the firmness you want. I find this a good fit for me. It supports me back, while working on my balance. It is light weight and easy to move.

I needed an exercise ball suitable for my 5'1" size, and this one was perfect. It was easily inflated yet strong enough to support my weight. A nice addition to my exercise props. Overstock has always met my expectations for merchandise I have ordered.

I use something similar to this at Elevation Health where they are helping me with my back. The machines I use there have a pre-programmed modes. The oscillation starts slow, then speeds up and then slows down again in a sequence. This machine has Pre-programmed modes too, but they are not the same, and there is no way to create your own program. Because it has a remote, you can just manually increase and decrease the speed. It works fine. If you have back problems, shake plate machines can be life changing. This is a great, compact machine. It is not exactly light weight, but lighter than many of the other machines I have seen. It takes up very little space. All in all, I think this is a fantastic machine for the price.

My hips and and joints do not hurt anymore. I have noticed my cardio work out are easier, which seems that I am gaining muscle. I am warn out after using it. The programs are great on it. I sleep better after a couple of sessions. I am probably going to get on of these for my grandmother. I think I will eventually start to loose weight after gaining more muscle tone from it. I like to do planks on it (the most challenging planks of my life). My back even feels better too! I have done up at 8 sessions at a time without experiencing too much discomfort though I was a little still in the morning (nothing stretching/yoga won't cure). I turned to this machine because I have severe exercise(cardio)-induced asthma and a hypothyroid condition. I love to exercise, but I was either too tired from the thyroid or going to have an asthma attack from the mere act of exercising. This machine helps avoid all of my problems and has improved my quality of life! I may purchase an expensive souped up version in a couple of years.

Rec'd the item within a few days. Was shipped directly from distributor here in CA. Easy to assemble even from the tiny pics in the manual except for 2 long screws (not so obvious). Contacted customer service at 800 number. They said it was a new model. They looked up the info. Called me back the next day and even sent me a huge pic of where the 2 long screws should go. Sun Penn Town is on fire as far as their customer service. I studied controlled whole body vibration therapy (CWBVT) before purchasing this item. The ideal device should pivot around 30 Hz (under load) as a kind of occupational therapy for seniors to help with strength and balance to prevent falls. My mother is a bit elderly and obese. She recently had a hospital stay for malignant otitis externa which weakened her strength and balance. I also wanted to get something in my price range. Of course, the ideal device is $1000's above and beyond my price range, so I found Sun Penn Town and the best deals at OverStock. This particular CWBVT device does the job. Although it doesn't pivot, the "elliptical motion" feels like going down a ski slope or riding a motor cycle. It feels like shifting gears going down the road on a motor cycle of sorts when it's in automatic mode. My mother says it gives her energy and vigor. After an hour on the treadmill, she gets on this device for 10 minutes as she changes her posture every minute. (The muscles are reacting to the vibration, so you have to treat it like an isometric exercise - you can't just stand there as some people believe.) 10 minutes later her aches and stiffness are gone and she has more energy to walk. Her recovery time is much faster and her fall risk has decreased dramatically. Oh yes, her weight is going down too - and she tells me that her bowel movements are regular now (yeah, I know, too much information.) Therefore, this device is totally worth it as long as you work it correctly. The noise is less than half that of a treadmill, but it does shake the house a bit depending on the frequency of the device and the way you hold it. Good luck, Healing Thoughts.
