  Very good support, the XL is nice because its actually 1 inch thicker than the smaller models. In my opinion memory foam tends to last longer, the othopedic foam beds are also good but they tend to mat down after awhile and are harder for dogs with arthritis and Hip problems to get off of.

  We've had this vibration trainer for 3 weeks now. My husband and I use it almost everyday. I am very happy with its low impact on the body. I used to exercise a lot until my fibroids started to make it difficult as the pain just got unbearable. Using this vibration trainer, I can feel the intensity of the workout I am getting without the accompanying lower abdominal area pain. I am very pleased with this purchase.

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The lower control panel cover came off as we unpacked, but it was an easy fix as we just stuck it back and pressed it on to the control area. It has not come off since.

  Vibration platforms can be extremely expensive. this is a great alternative to spending thousands. Machine is exactly what is advertised. It is "medium hard" as far as assembly if you are not used to interpreting directions that have been generated by someone who English is not their normal language. You have an option of using pre-set programs or manual control. You will need to research your own conditioning programs - they are not included - but many are available for free on the web. I use this two times a day for circulation. I have suffered from RLS - but do not if I use this machine.
