THE BALL IS SMALL I AM ONLY 5'3" IF YOU ARE ANY TALLER YOU WOULD PROBABLY NOT LIKE THIS BALL ONLY BECAUSE OF THE SIZE. REST OF THE SYSTEM IS GREAT.

I love the belt the kit came with, not only do I wear it when I use the abs ball and band, but I wear it around the house and out walking. The ball is sturdy and the dvd that come with kit is quick but informative on excercises.
