This product would have been a lot better if you could adjust the tension on the resistance cords. The product comes with a video where they seem to be adjusting their cords but I could not. otherwise, there are some great exercises! I am using it regularly.

I have been using the BOSU ball brand balance/vestibular dome at Physical Therapy. I love this one better. (And it was less expensive.) It is more convext than the BOSU, and so it really chanllenges your balance, and you can feel the muscles in your feet, ankles, calves and thighs firing to maintain balance. I took it to my PT appointment, and the Physical Therapy Tech, played on it most of the time during my appt. He was doing all kinds of exercises on it. It helps to stretch out tightness in my ankles and feet as well. I haven't gotten to do many other exercises on it yet, but can't wait to get them incorporated into my home PT/exercise routine.
