what a work out!
I got this for my 15 yr old son who loves to work out . He is about 5, 9 and weights 190lbs, muscular build. He uses this to gear up for foot ball season , Shot-put and Discus. Today, he is sore!!! It works out his whole upper body. This is a great workout, wherever you are. (he said)
