  Swivel on BOTH stools I ordered did not swivel....completely and permanently stationary--which meant the screw hole were over top of each other and made it IMPOSSIBLE to assemble, even if I decided to keep them as non-swivel stools. IN ADDITION, the screw holes to attached the upper ring were too small for any screws that were included with the product. Very dissapointed, because I wanted these bar stools. Looks to me like Overstock got screwed on these.
