I previosuly had a 4 person Coleman dome tent, and was looking to upgrade to a larger one. We used the tent last year on our annual camping trip, and it was just what I had expected. The easy set-up and good quality were a big plus. I like the Coleman dome tents because of the height in the middle, there is nothing worse then trying to get dressed in a tent while having to crouch or lay down. Taking down the tent was just as easy as putting it up, and we had no trouble getting everything back in the bag. Sometimes that can be a real headache, but we had not problems. The tent itsefl can fit two queen size inflatable beds side by side with plenty of room for storage. It was deffinitely a good buy for the price.

I searched around for an affordable tent that I could get quickly. I found this tent and other reviews written about it actually influenced me to buy it too! I was not disappointed! It is very easy to assemble, very spacious inside and made of good quality material. While we were camping, it rained one night. The rain guard did a good job protecting us from getting wet. I also like the fact that it has a room divider (in case you need some privacy). Overall, this tent was a great buy and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to assemble, large tent.

I love this tent. This was my first tent and it was perfect. It did rain the weekend and it kept me dry. Was easy to put up and was well ventilated. Its great being able to stand up while changing clothes. I put two full size air matresses and had room to spare around as well. Great deal!

We have several tents from $$$$ backpacking tents to a huge outfitters tent with woodburning stove. Purchased this for car camping trips to the UP of Michigan. Wanted something large enought to sit in if we had rain, etc. Tent kept us dry and withstood 60 MPH winds on the shore on Lake Superior 9/24/2010. We had rain and 60 MPH winds the first night we camped on the shores of Lake Superior, areas we're flooding within the state and WI. Set up the tent during a lull in the rain. (our 2nd time, had set it up in my living room the weekend before, it was raining!!) Took about 5 minuters total..did use other stakes that we always bring along..big yellow plastic ones and some big metals ones. After, pounding this into the sand we did place rocks on all the stakes. A trick I learned years ago camping in the mountains in Montana. We had no problems with poles...just have to be careful. I also think it will be great in beaufiful weather without the rainfly..lots of stars up there in the north woods!!!

I bought the tent to begin camping with my wife and children. We are not avid campers and will probably use this twice per year. The tent is very large and roomy, which makes it hard to erect by yourself. I thought it was a very good value for what we will be using it for.

Great Tent. Used it camping and it kept the cold and wind out. Love the quality of the zippers. It was very windy and the tent stayed put. There was more than enough room for my husband and myself with the mattress and all of our bags!! He is six feet four and could stand up and walk around pretty well. Great quality for the price.

First tent ever purchased! My 10 year old son and I set it up together. It definitely requires two people, but overall pretty simple. We took it camping and had rain on the first night and the tent stayed dry with plent of air circulation. Very large and comfortable.

I think this tent is great for family camping and is a really good value. It is quick and easy to set-up and take down. I also purchased a king-size inflatable bed that fits in the tent with plenty of room to spare. I would recommend this tent. My order arrived very promptly. I was very pleased with Overstock.com and will use them again.

Went car camping for two nights -- this tent was easy to set up, very spacious (you can stand fully inside) and easily accommodated our full size inflatable mattress. Good ventilation, even with the rain fly. I highly recommend this tent!

Bought this tent for a school camping trip and am very pleased with every aspect of this tent. It set up easily with a one and three year old "helping" (it's even easier with two adults, but definitely doable with one). Plenty of space for a queen air mattress, a peapod and lots of extra space. The first night, it rained all night and part of the next day; this tent stayed perfectly dry. Not so for every family on this trip, by the end of the second day, we were one of only three families left. I would definitely recommend this tent for car camping with kids. Easy up, easy down and stays dry.

I like the size of the tent and that it has two doors. We had trouble with the string holding the poles together. Strings broke in all the poles! They are still usable, but it makes it a little more difficult to set up and definitely requires two people. I know it wasn't the way we handled them because we borrowed a similar tent (before I purchased the Coleman) with the same poles and had no problems. Also had some issues with the rain guard. The pocket where the end of the poles goes started to rip a bit. We were not careless setting it up.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It's a very good quality tent, and it's easy to assemble. Well worth the price.

I am giving this 4 stars based on the speed of shipping during the holiday season which was excellent (once this tent is actually used, I may upgrade to a five star). This tent was given as a Christmas gift...... We have 3-feet of snow on the ground so will need to wait to see how happy the recipient is with the product when spring rolls around.

Won't find a lower price for a Coleman 6 sleeper. Easy to assemble (just like a standard 3sleeper - 2rods). Spacious & the height is great (easy to move around in). Rained both nights i camped - no problems whatsoever. Don't waste your time looking for a better deal on a high quality tent - get this one.

This tent is very roomy and is very easy to set up. It only takes about 5-10 min to set up.
