I was looking for a compact quick-to-setup tent, roomy enough for one person, not too expensive. There were many choices in <$50 price range, I picked the Coleman Sundome II based on features and the Coleman name. I wasn't disappointed! This tent is perfect in every way, clever design, nice features, high quality materials & workmanship, should last for many years. Sets up very quickly. Excellent ventilation. I was perfectly dry in heavy rains. Compact & lightweight to carry. I'm a retired engineer and can usually find room for improvement with everything, but this thing is perfect in every way. I love it!

Coleman is an outstanding cpmpany for camping gear, so when I saw this tent for only $40 from Overstock, I jumped on it. Tent is small and easy to put together, and I am extremely satisfied with Overstock's interface and shipping timeliness. Thanks for everything!

Excellent product- no leak issues even in heavy down pours for 3 days. I don't hesitate to take it out again, but the room inside is snug for 2 people. Wish it gave more room for gear. This is especially important when it's raining outside.

This is a quality tent for the price. It may not be a true 3 season tent due to the way the fly is used to cover the rather large screened ceiling. A fall blowing snow event could have snow and/or dirt to sift into the tent from the top. This is an excellent spring and summer tent that is relatively light in weight and quite roomy for one or a bit snug for two adults. The beverage cooler access doorlet is unique and handy. Ventilation is excellent. I plan to use this tent quite often.

The tent did an excellent job of keeping out the rain. It was easy to set up and take down. It can qualify as a 2 person tent if the two people are on the small side. The door is not placed in the best place - instead of laying with your feet towards the door, you sleep perpendicular to the door. If the person on the inside of the tent gets up before the person next to the door, the first person has to crawl over the other to get out of the tent.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but with some Coleman seam sealer(which I have) I'm sure it will go beyond what I need it to..of course it will, its a Coleman

I used this tent for the first time on a three night campout in January '11. Low temps around freezing. Rained for 12 hours the third afternoon and evening. I was dry and comfortable in the tent, but there was some moisture transferred around the lower edge, not covered by rainfly, where articles were touching the sides. I'm 6"4" and used to being comfortable, so I used an inflatable double-sized mattress, with a battery powered pump. I didn't have to pack any of this stuff more than a few hundred feet, so weight was not an issue.

The tent is small for two people. It is now on a one month outing, not with me, will leave review when I learn how it functioned.

Bought this for my 10yr old Scout. He was able to assemble it easily, alone, never having done so before. Fits 2 adults comfortably with ample moving room. Fast shipping and product as described.

The Coleman name never leaves one disappointed. It was well made and came in it's own carrying case which was an added plus. It was a gift for our 2 nephews and they were very excited to get it. The price was very reasonable too!

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my son. He Kayaks and canoe's. I have always like Coleman. I know he will enjoy it.

I'm a new camper and found this tent to be very easy to set up (even in the dark) and put away. It does get a lot of light in the mornings, so use the rain flap, or make sure you face the mesh sides away from east. Weatherproof tarp keeps out moisture, but can be noisy if you're moving around a lot. It's nice to be able to sit up in the tent. Great for car camping!

I have a large tent (8-10 person), but i was looking for one that would work for 2 people and a dog. This one is large enough that we are not cramped but it goes back in its little bag and is light. i love the beer zipper in the back, great idea. For the price i think this was a great buy and it seems to be well made. I do not know how it does in the rain yet, but it looks like it will do just fine.

Wonderful tent, we bought it for our girls for a play tent and it is perfect. The only caveat is that the top of it is more red than in the picture which appears peach on my monitor.

Haven't tried the tent out yet. It was a little heavier than I expected, but would still be good for a hiking weight. A little long to store comfortably in a hiking backpack, but still good for the price. Much better than spending 200+ on a light weight tent.
