My daughter used a puddle jumper from age 2-4. We needed one for my son that wasn't hot pink! I love puddle jumpers because it gives my kids the freedom to kick around the pool safely rather than having me hold them the entire time. I feel like it prepared my daughter well for swim lessons. Also, I like that the child can not remove the puddle jumper without help.
