Tried many flotation devices such as suits, jackets, arm floats... this by far is the best. This helps them stay upright, head out of the water and keeps them from rolling side to side or backwards. Would recommend anyone to give it a try. Our son took off on his own within two minutes and loving it!

Love this product and my son loved it too. I purchased this product for my son who is almost 3 and not totally comfortable in the water. At first he still wanted to hold on to me in the pool, but after he realized he can float by himself with this on, he wanted to be independent and had hours of fun just floating around in the lazy river pool. It kept him upright most of the time, but on occasion flipped him on his back - he was easily able to turn himself around. Others have mentioned that this product is too small/tight on kids...I could see that being true. My son is skinny and easily fit into this but I could definitely tell that a chubby kid would not fit this product well.

These floaties are great for my kids whoa re 2.5 and 4.5 and weigh 29 pounds and 39 pounds respectively. They allow the kids' heads to be above water and above their shoulders...my 4.5 practices his swimming and my 2.5 is comfortable, although I still stay right near her. I can't recommend these enough!

I originally read reviews of this product on other sites and all of them were very favorable. I wanted something that my almost 3 year old son can't slip out of and wouldn't put him face up or down by accident. My husband was skeptical at first because it looks a little crazy but it has worked out perfectly. We feel very safe when he wears this in the pool and he has fun swimming all over. It is an added bonus that it is Coast Guard approved (which helped in my decision making as well).
