Washed well, thicker than your usual underwear due to the double layer, anti-microbial material a plus, slightly rougher material in that it is not a slick smooth fabric but does not itch at all, good for wearing as pajamas too.

Perfect for super cold weather
I ordered these to wear under my snowboarding pants. I was in the Alps in 5 degree weather in a snowstorm and felt warm and cozy. Really comfortable and super quick to dry. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a lightweight yet warm base layer.
